What if you simply decided that you are perfect LOVE...exactly as you are, right now?
Good, bad, light, dark, love, hate, delicious, yucky, fun, boring, girl, boy, friend, enemy, healthy, sick, new, old, life, death, everything, nothing, and on and on. All the opposites you can imagine, for yourself and your world, are all true and perfect and whole...in LOVE. LOVE is all, and you are LOVE.
LOVE is all, and you are LOVE. You are LOVE. You are That, in which all is perfect and whole and true. You are LOVE...perfect being, perfect understanding, perfect allowing. All is allowed in LOVE. All exists in LOVE. LOVE knows all as LOVE. All the opposites, you can imagine for yourself...LOVE knows as LOVE. Remember yourSelf as LOVE, and remember your world...your whole human experience, without exception...as LOVE. Allow all of it...all the opposites and all the similarities...as LOVE. What if you woke up one morning, and you suddenly knew...you knew...that every thing, you had ever experienced, was a perfect experience? Imagine it. Really feel what that feels like.
What if that morning was this morning? What if that feeling, you are feeling, is not simply your imagination, but the actual remembering that your whole life has been perfect...exactly as it is? Thank about it. Continue to feel it. Wouldn't that mean that you have been perfect, this whole time? In every experience, you have been perfect, exactly as you are. This, of course, would mean that you are perfect, as you are...right now. Feel that. Allow it to be true, right now.Imagine that you are the Lady, or Lord, of a castle. Now imagine that you have charged a group of guards to personally protect you...at all costs. You tell them, "No matter what happens, no matter how much I may protest, you will keep me safe. Even if I should order you to stand down. Do you understand?" They, of course, reply, "Yes! Yes, we understand! We will protect you, no matter what!" How loving, and loyal. How attentive and dutiful.
Now imagine your own fears. Be gentle with yourself, and be gentle with your fears. They are only doing what you have asked of them...consciously or otherwise. When you begin to stretch beyond the walls, you have known, you may encounter your guards...your fears. Be reasonable with them. Love them, and remember that they are your creation. Love them as yourSelf, even as you remember yourSelf as LOVE. The answer to your every experience...including your fears...is LOVE. Remember yourSelf as LOVE, and remember your world...all of it, including your fears...as yourSelf. Whatever you bless is blessed. Whatever you love, is loved. Love your fears, and watch what happens. Blessings! Do you find that you have to create more rules, to prop up the rules that you already have? Are you finding it challenging, making sure you are following all of the "Cosmic Laws"? Are you striving to be worthy of enlightenment, of getting into heaven, of being a good person? What if you didn't have to struggle or strive? What if it was all much more easy, and enjoyable?
It is...or rather, it can be. Here is a different question...what if you are already whole, and you are simply remembering yourSelf as whole? What if you are, even now, perfect and whole? And, what if you are, in truth, That, in which all is perfect and whole and true. What if you are That, in which all exists. What if you are LOVE...perfect being, perfect understanding?
What if you chose, right now, to be courageous and try something new? What if you chose to believe that you are LOVE In The Human Experience? What if you chose to believe...to remember...that you are LOVE? LOVE...perfect being, perfect understanding...exactly as you are right now. This is you. The whole of you. What if this is true of you, right now?
It is. You are LOVE. LOVE is all. LOVE knows all as LOVE. This is what you are remembering. You are remembering that you are LOVE. You are remembering what is already true. You are LOVE, and your world is you. It is this simple...if you allow it to be. It is this easy, when you allow it to be. Remember yourSelf as LOVE, and remember your world as yourSelf.
Remember yourSelf as LOVE...perfect being, perfect understanding. Nothing missing. Nothing extra. Perfect and whole, exactly as you are. Let this be your focus. Remember yourSelf as LOVE, and observe how your world responds. You experience that, which you consistently expect to experience. You believe your world into being. It flows from your belief of yourSelf. Believe...remember...that you are LOVE, and this is your experience.
Now is a perfect time for this...for remembering that you are LOVE. Not because the world needs it. Not because you need it. Now is a perfect time, for remembering, because now is always a perfect time. Remember yourSelf as LOVE, and remember your wold as yourSelf. In this, is ease and well-being. In this, is joy and freedom. Choose to remember. You are LOVE. LOVE is all. LOVE knows all as LOVE!
Here is a tool, for helping you to remember. It is a mantra...a way of creating a new belief, through repetition and practice...and it is a very powerful mantra. It is, as any powerful mantra is, simple and easy. It can be used anyway you like. It is designed to serve you, in your remembering, and like all tools, it works when you work it. Here it is...say it with me...
"I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!"
That's it. Hours and hours of meditation, lots of versions of this, and this is the simple distillation. A simple truth. An answer to every experience...joyful and fearful. A whisper of a remembering. An exclamation. A command. An expression of gratitude and generosity. A meditation and a prayer. A simple statement of truth.
"I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!" Say it with me, "I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!" Again, "I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!" Really feel it, "I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!"
Brilliant! Let it be easy. Let yourSelf remember. All healing is simply the remembering of what is already true. You are LOVE. LOVE is all. LOVE knows all as LOVE.

In this perfect moment, I remember that there is nothing I need do...nothing I am "supposed" to do. No life is better or worse than the life I am experiencing, in this perfect moment. Such freedom, such relief, such joy...in remembering this.

God did not create you. You created God.You are, even now, creating God. God is a concept that lives within you. You are LOVE...perfect being, perfect understanding. You are LOVE. Yes. You. Exactly as you are. Exactly. As. You are. You are LOVE, and LOVE is all. You are LOVE, and LOVE knows all as LOVE. So, your whole world...including God...is your creation. You are creating it now. All of it. In truth, it's all you. Creator and creation are one...the one in the other, and the other in the one. Here's the beauty of it all...it's all allowed. Whatever you are creating, is perfect LOVE. It must be. LOVE is all, and knows all as LOVE!What if, instead of trying to figure out your enlightenment or chances of getting into heaven or nirvana or oblivion or...whatever...what if you allowed your own joy? What if you lived from the remembering that you are LOVE, and that your world is you? What if you lived as if your every experience was a perfect experience of LOVE?Imagine that! Really! Imagine it. Imagining is remembering. Remember it. Remember yourSelf as LOVE, and remember your world...your whole human experience...as LOVE!
In this perfect moment, I remember that I have nothing to prove, no one to impress, and everything to enjoy. I remember that my joy is not dependent on a bunch of cosmic rules...unless I want it to be...unless I believe it to be. I remember that, when I remember that LOVE is all...I remember to relax and enjoy the experience. I remember, in this perfect moment, that All already exists in LOVE...and I AM LOVE.

In this perfect moment, I am aware of the ways, in which I have chosen to deny my own joy and freedom and abundance...playing it safe...so that others would like me, or not judge me. I am aware of these moment (and there are quite a few), and I allow them. I allow them and I observe them, with no judgment...letting them do their thing...remembering that they are my creation...and loving them, exactly as they are. In this perfect moment, I remember that, exactly as I am...
I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!
In this perfect moment, I remember that I don't have to be an expert on anything. I can be, if I want to be. It is simply not necessary. Now, when I am sharing my joy and my delight (not worrying whether it's wrong or right), living from LOVE and just being me, then I am truly speaking from authority.
I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!Your human experience...all of it...the joys and the fears...is LOVE. LOVE is all, and knows all as LOVE. Your human experience...regardless of what you may have heard...is not in the way of your true self. You are LOVE In The Human Experience. You are LOVE...perfect being, perfect understanding...exactly as you are.
Remember yourSelf as LOVE, and when that is not easy...or when you could use a little help, remembering...LOVE will express Itself in your life, as helper, as servant. Sometimes, that servant will appear as another human. Sometimes, it will appear as an experience. LOVE knows you as LOVE, and always answers as LOVE.
You only have to allow. Allow LOVE. When you are experiencing pain, sadness, worry, anger, dis-ease...feel it...really feel it...allow it, and love it as yours...and then declare, "I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!" When you declare this, own this as your truth. In your darkest moments, when you would give anything, to feel relief. Give yourself to the experience of LOVE, and let LOVE give Itself to you.
Remember yourSelf as LOVE, and remember your world as yourSelf. Practice this mantra, as a way of helping you to remember, "I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!" Say it with me, "I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!" Again, "I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!" With everything you have, "I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!"
In this perfect moment, I remember that my moments of forgetting...when I am living from impatience and worry and suspicion and regret and disappointment...when I am living from fear and hurt...do not preclude my divinity.
In this perfect moment, I remember that whether I live from fear, or live from love...I AM perfect and whole. I am always perfect and whole, exactly as I am. Always. When I remember this about mySelf, it is easier to remember of my whole human experience. I remember that...I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!
In this perfect moment, I remember that my "Yes!" is enough. I do not need to know how or when or if. I simply make myself aware of my joy...and I say "Yes!". Over and over, I say "Yes!". I say "Yes!" when I am sure, and when I am unsure. I say "Yes!", and make time to remember what I am saying "Yes!" to. I remember that it may change, and then I simply say "Yes!" to the new. In this perfect moment, I remember that my "Yes!" is enough, AND I remember that I am enough, whether (or not) I am saying "Yes!"

Whatsoever you do, unto the least desired, of your creations, you do unto yourself. How you know any of your creations...is how you know yourself. For, Creator and Creation are one...the one in the other, and the other in the one. Before now, you have attempted to make yourself whole, by cutting away, by denying, that which you dislike. The truth is this, you are already whole. Even now, you are already whole. The whole of you...all that you like and dislike...all that you call "good" and "evil"...is perfect and whole.In this perfect moment, I remember that I do not have to make time, for making sure I know what is not joy, for me. No gongs here. Nor bells. Nor flutes. No low sounds of monks, chanting their oblivions. And yet? A temple. A holy shrine, where engine whistles train the mind, and river whispers loose the soul.
In this perfect moment, I am breathing...and breathing...and remembering my world as perfect and whole, as it is. I am allowing it to be, as it is, and remembering this as whole and perfect. Choosing to experience this as whole and perfect. Knowing this as All That Is. Knowing this as LOVE.
