Tired From The Daily Grind? Take A Breather!

Hello, my beautiful friends!

Feeling tired, from running the race? From trying to get ahead? From the competition of it all? This might be a good time, for a pit stop. A breather. Actually...literally...a breather...making time, to be still for a few minutes, or longer (call me), and let your body breathe, the way it wants to breathe, when it is relaxed. Now is the perfect time, and you are ready for this. Read on.  

Making time (3 to 4 minutes, a few times a day), for deep breathing and being still, will do more than give you a break from the race. It will get oxygen to parts of your body that may not have been getting their fair share, like your brain and internal organs. This, in turn, changes the types of hormones, your body is producing, and you begin to move from good-old "fight or flight" mode, to "accept and adapt" mode. 

I could go on and on, but the proof is in the pudding. You will have to see for yourself. It is very easy. Requires no special equipment. Is free. And you have all the skills, need for this wonder cure. The biggest part is making that free time. This is a decision, and in many ways, the decision actually begins to create some of the desired body changes. Cool, yes? 

So, here is what you do, once you have created the 3 to 4 minute break. If you are sitting in a chair, have both feet on the ground, hands in your lap, shoulders relaxed, back straight (but not ram-rod straight), and close your eyes (not yet...there are further instructions). If you are sitting on the ground,  you already have your feet on the ground. Simply follow the rest. If you are lying on the ground...well, that's pretty relaxed, isn't it?

When you are comfy, let all of your breath out, and then take a deep breath, in through your nose...hold the breath, for about the same amount of time...and then exhale, slowly out of your mouth (so that the breath out is longer than the breath in)...at the end of the out-breath, pause...and repeat it all again. 

Try a couple of these, right now. I'll wait. I'm very patient...............

Did you do a couple of those? Good. Feels good, yeah? Now...Do this, for 3 to 4 minutes, 3 to 4 times a day, and watch what happens. Most of my clients report feeling significantly relaxed, and less stressful, after just the first few times. It is so simple and so powerful...and you are already an expert at it. 

Here's the thing. This is the beginning. This can help you to relax, and this means clearer thinking. All of this can lead to you, making decisions, more often, from what excites you, from your joy. This can lead to you, living less from the need to get ahead, and more from the desire to love what you have created, so far. This can lead to greater creativity, greater abundance, greater freedom...you get the idea. 

And all from taking a breather...from making time to be still, and take deep breaths. Amazing! 

You can do this. It only takes that first awareness, that you are ready for a break, and then...choosing to give yourself that break. Once you made that step...well, you have the instructions and the skill. Make it happen. And should there come a time, when you want to explore this more, contact me. All the information is below. 

Now is a really great time, for you to begin remembering why you are so great, and you really are great. You are a whole lot of "Amazing", and you can experience as much of that, as you want. It is all up to you, and as you can see, it is simple. It can also be easy. Let it be easy. Be easy with yourself. Celebrate yourself. A life of celebration is yours, and you deserve it.

"I Bring You Tidings Of Great Joy!" -- A Holiday Message From Your Brother Who Loves You

Hello, beautiful friends! Season's Greetings! Merry Christmas! Happy Hannukah! Happy Kwanzaa! Happy Solstice! Happy Holidays! Blessings, to you all! I think I covered most of the popular greetings, for this time of year. I use them all, interchangebly, and never know which one is going to come out. I love them all.

Often times, if a greeting is extended my way, I just return the greeting that was offered me (A "Merry Christmas!" for a "Merry Christmas!"). In that moment, I am less focused on what words are being used, and more focused on the person, who is greeting me. I choose to pay attention to the intention of the greeting.

I pay attention to the intention of the greeting. I focus on the kindness and generosity that is fueling those words. I focus on the lovely person, offering me the kindness and generosity. In that moment, I bring myself to that moment, and return that kindness and generosity. I love it. It's fun, it feels incredible, and it don't cost a thing.

Some folks get offended, though, if they don't hear a phrase that matches their beliefs, or world views. In that moment, what was intended as a kindness and a generosity, is seen as a personal affront, and the defenses go up. That's OK, but let's remember, defenses are good for one thing...keeping us "in", and keeping others "out".

At this time of year, I get questions sent to me, about how to "make it through the Holidays". I must admit that I have never actually answered that question. I like to answer my own question, which is "How do I milk this whole season, of people wishing me well, and how do I have fun with it?"

There are lots of answers to that question, and I suspect you have your own. For me, it starts with relaxing, and not taking offense at those who are not relaxed. I do practical things, like giving myself extra time (when I can), taking deep breaths, smiling at everyone (a million dollar secret)...and when someone offers me some sort of holiday greeting, I pay attention to the intention, of the greeting.

This little phrase, "Pay attention to the intention.", has helped me to enjoy the holiday season, and milk it for all its worth. OK, OK...I use it, pretty much, all year round, but it really (really) works at this time of year. So, I offer it to you, to try out, and see for yourself. It's a simple phrase, with a powerful potential. "Pay attention to the intention."

Pay attention to the intention. Over the next couple of weeks, when someone says one of these to you, pay attention to the intention. These are words of generosity and kindness. These are words that are intended to connect, and to share an experience of good will.

Pay attention to the intention. These are folks, with their own experiences, reaching out to you, and offering connection...a shared experience. They are not intending to offend God or push some religious/social agenda, or offend yours. They are simply being kind and generous.

Pay attention to the intention. These aren't words of offense. These are words of connecting, of loving your neighbor, of citizen greeting citizen, of love recognizing and calling out to love. Why take offense, just because you hear a different phrase than you use? Pay attention to the intention.

Pay attention to the intention. Pay attention to the connection. Pay attention to the person, offering you the greeting, and accept it, in the spirit, in which it was intended. Pay attention to the intention...the good will, the kindness, the desire to connect and feel connection, the love, the generosity...and feel that intention, within yourself.

Pay attention to the intention. This can be a beautiful time of year, and it can be a lot of fun. Pay attention to the intention. Pay attention to the connection, being made, and instead of defending yourself, bring your self. Bring your whole self, to the moment, and accept the greeting, with your whole self. And, if you so choose, extend your own greeting, in the same spirit.

Pay attention to the intention. Pay attention to your own intention, and decide that each of these moments is an invitation to experience kindness, generosity, connection, etc... How often are we looking for that connection, with each other? Well, here is a whole season, of people doing just that. It's a veritable buffet of human kindness. Relax your defenses and enjoy it.

In this perfect moment, I AM aware of the times, when I have felt threatened, and felt the need to defend myself...my beliefs, my actions, my feelings, my possessions, my soul, my body...and I love myself, in those moments. I love myself, and remember myself as LOVE, in all of these moments. 

Fear is my creation. It is nothing that I pick up. Not something that is given to me. It is mine, and it has been a part of my human experience. In this perfect moment, I remember myself as LOVE, and remember my whole human experience...all of it...as LOVE. Here is healing. Here is peace. Here is ease and well-being. Here is freedom and joy. Here I AM.

Already (always) whole. -- Healing is a remembering!

All healing is a remembering that we are already (always) whole. Nothing missing. Nothing extra. Whole and perfect, as we are. We are whole, as we are, and I love witnessing folks remember, more and more, that they are whole. All healing is Self-healing. All healing is Self-remembering.

The role of "The Healer", then, is to help their client remember that they are whole. This starts with knowing their client as whole...nothing to be added, nothing to be taken away...nothing to fix...nothing wrong with them. The "Healer", in my understanding of the word, is one who knows their client as whole, while realizing that their client may not be experiencing/remembering themselves as whole.

When I am with a client, I have no desire to fix them...to make them whole. What is to fix, when I already know them as whole? Already (always) they are whole, and through a variety of intuitive gifts, meditation and hypnosis/nlp tools, energetic healing exercises, and LOVE, I help them to remember this, for themselves. It is an incredible joy, witnessing someone experience healing, remembering themselves, more and more, as whole. Beautiful!

We are LOVE In The Human Experience, and as we remember this...in our own special ways...we have moments of remembering. We are remembering ourselves, as whole. We are remembering ourselves as LOVE. We give these moments all sorts of names.
Here are some of the easier ones to recognize: miracle, blessing, epiphany, insight, healing, intuition, relief, ease, well-being, etc... There are many more.

All healing is a remembering that we are already (always) whole. Our whole human experience...all of it (even the bits we don't prefer)...is a remembering that we are whole. We are LOVE, and we are remembering that we are LOVE. You are LOVE. LOVE is all. LOVE knows all as LOVE. Remember?

The Prophet Of The Park -- A True And Fictional Story

He climbed up on a picnic bench, there, in the middle of the park, and he took a couple of deep breaths, raised his arms up, to get the attention, of the gathered. They had all come to listen to the man, the papers were calling 'The Prophet of The Park' and 'Brother Love'. He thought of himself as a messenger and servant to anyone who would want to listen.

Having remembered why he chose this life, as this man, at this time, the memories began to flow freely, and for nearly twenty years, he lived his life, remembering more and more, helping here and there, sharing his message, that grew clearer and clearer, within him...a message that became simpler as he lived with it.

Having gotten their attention, he stepped down and sat on top of the table. They sat too, the hundred or so, of them, and, for a couple of minutes, there were no words...just breathing and the play of a breeze through the trees. When he spoke again, it was to thank them. "I am blessed by your presence, and blessed to serve you, in your remembering. Thank you for the gift of you. It is my joy, to be your servant. Blessings, oh Light Of The World! For that is what you are. Blessings!"

He paused, closed his eyes, and made himself still, and in that stillness, he let the message flow through him. It was always the same. Only the delivery ever changed, adapting to each experience, with each group. He let it flow, knowing that all was perfect, knowing that he had nothing to do, but open and allow. This one would be a short message, an opening to other experiences. Tonight, he would expand and expound on it, but now, time to share...and then let them relax and get to know one another.

"When I was younger, I learned, 'God loves you.' This is true, but the God, that was being discussed, was 'out there' somewhere, and the love was, sometimes, freely given, and sometimes not...depending on the story, and the person telling the story. Listen. We are very smart, as children, and this never felt like the whole story. It is a good story. As good as any other. It just never felt whole, for me. Friends, I tell you, we are free to choose the stories, that feel whole, for us, and we are free to choose no story...but even that is a story."

With that, he paused, and took a deep breath, and asked them to take some deep breaths, with him. Then, once again, there was silence and stillness. He let it flow, within him, and knew, in that moment, that they were beginning to allow it too. Then, when the moment presented, he said to them, "The message is very simple, really, and it has been around for a long time. It has been shared, many times and in many ways. Yet, it is always the same message...LOVE is all, and knows all as LOVE! Sit with that, for a moment, and feel how it feels."

They sat for some time, before he continued, "LOVE is all, and knows all as LOVE! What does this mean for you, and for me? 'LOVE is all, and knows all as LOVE!' It means that we are, in our most real sense, LOVE. It is our essential essence, our truest Self. It means...that we are LOVE, as we are, right here and right now. We are LOVE at every moment of our human experience.

He paused, for a moment, then said, "Please, take a deep breath, my magnificent friends. Take a deep breath, and feel the truth of this. You are LOVE In The Human Experience. You are LOVE, knowing Itself as LOVE! Amazing, isn't it? That is the truth, of who you are...you are LOVE, experiencing Itself as LOVE, and you are glorious to behold."

He continued, "Really let that one flow through you. It is a simple truth, and it is profound. Let it stir more remembering, within you. You are remembering yourselves as LOVE, and you are remembering everything, around you, as LOVE. How glorious! How magnificent you are! Know yourself as LOVE, and know your most fulfilling life. Know yourself as LOVE, and know everything, you experience, as LOVE."

He folded his hands, in his lap, smiled at them, and said, "I want to share, with all of you, one more thing. It is a kind of mantra...a way of remembering your deepest truth, that you are LOVE. It is as simple, as it is profound...'I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!' Let's say it, all together. Here we go...1...2...3...'I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!' Go ahead. Practice it, for a few moments. Share it with each other. Feels good, yeah?"

He watched and listened, as they repeated it, to themselves, with each other...laughing and embracing and allowing the beautiful moment. Standing, and smiling, he smiled at them, and said, "I think that's enough for now. Let's take a break, get something to eat, and get to know each other. I AM LOVE, and know you as LOVE! Let us greet one another, with this, 'I AM LOVE, and know you as LOVE!' Blessings, to you all!"

What does LOVE reveal to you? (a short note, from your brother who loves you)

Oh Light Of The World, if a spiritual teacher tells you that you are judged or punished for being/doing/experiencing what you are, right now...no matter how famous they are...no matter how many followers they have...no matter how many books, seminars, and products they have sold...ask yourself if you still want to learn from that teacher. 

Any wisdom, you may see in another, is simply your wisdom...reflected back to you. When what is being reflected back at you, no longer feels like wisdom, it may be time for another teacher. It may also be time, for looking within. All wisdom is your wisdom, Oh Light Of The World, and every experience (even the ones you don't like) serves you, in your connection to your wisdom. 

It is your choice, Oh Light Of The World! You choose that, from which you create your life. You choose whether wisdom teaches judgment and punishment, of any kind, for any reason. You choose whether wisdom teaches understanding and acceptance. Listen to that LOVE, which is your truest essence, and let that be your wisdom. 

Let that experience of LOVE, within you, be your wisdom, and should you find it reflected in the world around you...from another, from the rocks and trees and animals, from dreams, from whomever and wherever and whenever...then celebrate it, and remember it as your own wisdom, reflected back to you. 

Remember yourSelf as LOVE, and remember your world as yourSelf. Relax, Oh Light Of The World. You are LOVE. LOVE is all, and LOVE knows all as LOVE. Rejoice, Oh LOVE In The Human Experience! Would LOVE...perfect being and perfect understanding...which knows all as LOVE, know you as anything other than LOVE? 

You are LOVE! LOVE is all, and LOVE knows all as LOVE!

So, if you encounter spiritual teaching, that tells you that you are other than LOVE...as you are, right now...ask yourself if you still want to learn from that spiritual teaching. Make time, Oh Light Of The World, for being still, and for listening. Listen to that LOVE, which is your truest essence, and let that be your wisdom. What does LOVE reveal to you? What is the experience of LOVE? In that experience, is your wisdom.

Daily Uplift -- December 1, 2011

In this perfect moment, I AM alive with miracle and mystery and majesty. Love is my atmosphere, and joy is the air I breathe. When I walk, I walk in freedom, its heady perfume intoxicates me. Even the ground rushes to meet my every step. 

All the world conspires to delight me. When I want light, the Sun's light bends to make my way clear (no corner or alcove may deter this light), and when I want shade, even the stars hide themselves...til I call "Olly olly oxen free!"

What is true of me, is true of you. When you read this, hear your own voice. Know it for yourself. What is true of me, is true of you. Say it...

Oh Light Of The World, whatever you fight, and meet with strife, you give the power to shape your life. Whatever you embrace, and meet with ease, becomes a reminder, that you hold the keys. 

Your world is your creation, Oh Light Of The World. Your world is you. Whenever you fight any part of your world, you fight yourSelf, as you are. Whenever you embrace any part of your world, you embrace yourSelf, as you are. Creator and creation are one...the one in the other, and the other in the one.

It is very simple, Oh Light Of The World. Your world is as you deem it to be...it is as you believe it to be. Even now, you are creating your world..believing it real. Curse your world, and it is cursed. Bless your world, and it is blessed. It must be so.

What are you creating, Oh Light Of The World? No matter, what you are creating, you can always choose something else. Here is an even deeper truth. Whatever you create, you create from you, and you are That, in which all things are true. You are LOVE, and LOVE is all. LOVE is all, and all is LOVE.

All is LOVE, Oh Light Of The World! All is LOVE, and LOVE is all! Remember this, and let this "remembering" free you to create from joy and delight and understanding and patience and generosity. When you remember that LOVE is all, you remember yourSelf as LOVE, and you remember your world as yourSelf.

Imagine, Oh Light Of The World! Imagine...

Oh Light Of The World...that's you, dear reader...imagine walking into a room, and seeing a very good friend, scowling and yelling at their image in the mirror. Imagine them yelling something like, "Why won't you smile, damn you? How hard is it, to smile at me, you son a bitch?"

Imagine watching, quietly, for just a bit longer, and witnessing them switch, from yelling and cursing, to begging and crying, "Please, why won't you smile at me? What have I done to you? Why are you so cruel to me?" Imagine them flipping back and forth, always scowling or crying...always wanting that mirror to smile at them.

Imagine.

Now, Oh Light Of The World, take a couple deep breaths, and imagine walking into a room, and seeing a very good friend, scowling and complaining to themselves...switching from yelling to seething to crying and back again.

Imagine overhearing them, talking about how crappy their life is, and how the world is going to hell, "...and after everything I do for them, you'd think my co-workers would be a little appreciative, but they're too busy throwing me under the bus......come home, and turn on the news, and everyone's throwing everyone under the bus, everywhere...can't trust anyone. Why can't we all get along and be decent to each other?"

Imagine.

Oh Light Of The World, take a few deep breaths, and observe any judgments, you might have had, when reading these imaginings. Now, take a couple more, and remember that we create our whole human experience...all of it. Remember that we experience what we expect to experience...we get what we give. Remember that if we want the image, in the mirror, to smile at us, we only have to remember to smile. The mirror shows us what we show the mirror.

Now, Oh Light Of The World...now we get to the best part. Take a couple more deep breaths, and remember that, no matter what we create, no matter what we experience and expect to experience, we are creating from the same essential essence. We are creating from That, in which all things exist, and That is LOVE. We are creating from LOVE, because that is all there is. LOVE is all. We are LOVE.

We are LOVE, and everything we are experiencing is LOVE. LOVE is all. LOVE is all, and all is LOVE! Everything we create is LOVE. LOVE is all, and knows all as LOVE. We are LOVE, knowing ourselves as LOVE, and our whole human experience is a remembering that we are LOVE, knowing Itself as LOVE. We are LOVE, LOVE is all, and LOVE knows all as LOVE.

So, Oh Light Of The World, be patient with yourself, with other, with your whole world. Remember yourSelf as LOVE. Imagine it, at first, if you must, and keep at it. Remember yourSelf as LOVE. Say, "I AM LOVE! I AM LOVE!" Remember your world as your creation, and remember that it is created from LOVE. It IS LOVE! Remember it as LOVE. Say, "I know all things as LOVE! I know all things as LOVE!"

That's it, Oh Light Of The World. It's all you. You are That, in which all things exist, and That is LOVE. You are LOVE, and everything you are experiencing, everything you are creating, is LOVE. There is nothing else. You are remembering yourSelf as LOVE, and you are remembering that everything is LOVE. Help yourSelf to remember. Practice saying, "I AM LOVE, and know all things as LOVE!" and "I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!"

Now is the time, Oh Light Of The World! You are creating this experience, as a profound remembering. You are remembering yourSelf as LOVE, and remembering your world, your whole human experience, as LOVE. This is profound, this remembering. You are LOVE, LOVE is all, and LOVE knows all as LOVE! Remembering this is remembering you, Oh LOVE In The Human Experience!

What I did on my Thanksgiving break! -- by Patrick Kevin Sterenchuk

What a blessing, to have the vocation I have, and to have the freedom to choose when and how I share it. I had the honor of working today, with a bright light, in a phone session. She apologized for "making me work" on a holiday, and once we established that it was a blessing and gift, for me, we had a great time. 

At then end of our session, we spent a couple minutes, in a cavalcade of "Thanks!". This is how most of my sessions end...with client and servant, tripping over each other, to express gratitude. What can I say? My life is blessed. My work is celebration, and the remembering of LOVE In The Human Experience. A perfect way to spend a holiday afternoon, if you ask me. 

I count my whole life as blessed, and within this total experience, this work/play...this service...is a shining blessing, so abundant and beautiful, that I find myself without words (yes, me...without words...hahaha). Thank you, to all of you, for your friendship, acquaintanceship, and your support of my writing and my work. It means a great deal to me. You are amazing!

I love...LOVELOVELOVE...what I do. More and more, as I remember more and more that I AM LOVE, this service flows, more consciously, from what I AM. I am so grateful, to y'all, for the opportunity to remember, with you, that we are LOVE. We are mirrors for each other, and I learn/remember so much, every time I have the honor of serving you (or someone you refer to me). It is a good gig, my friends, and it is made even more amazing, because I get to share it with all of you. 

Blessings, Oh Light Of The World...and you, most assuredly, are the Light Of The World! Hail, Oh LOVE In The Human Experience! Thank you for everything that is you! Do you know what I love? I love that...

Do you know what I love? I love that, no matter where I go, people smile at me, and complete strangers will come up to me, and chat me up. Crazy, huh? Amazing! This does not happen "sometimes". This happens ALL THE TIME! Seriously. All the time. I love it.

I love it when children say "Hi!", and the parents say, "Wow! She never does that. She never talks to people we don't know." Happens on a weekly basis, minimum.

I love that people will cross the grocery store, just to talk with me...including folsk I have never met before. This one happens pretty much every time. Some of you have first-hand experience with this. I love it.

I love that, when I walk into the local Target, for example, the staff smiles at me, and greets me, by name. This happens every time. Every time. I love it.

I love that folks go out of there way, to be kind to me. Seriously! Everywhere I go. It never fails. I never have a bad shopping experience. Never. When I start to get frustrated, I breathe, and all of a sudden...like magic...a lane opens up, somebody moves over, someone offers me a seat, someone waves me into a parking spot, and on and one. I love it.

I love it, when I am out and about, and folks will ask me for assistance, thinking I work there. This, despite the fact that I am not even remotely dressed like I work there, and am, clearly, not doing any work. I love it.

I love that, no matter where I go, I can expect this kind of experience (even when I am tired). It is one of my favorite things, about being me. It feels like being a rock star (which I will be, one day, when I get around to it) and a family member and a noble prize winner and a king and a saint and a millionaire and...it feels like being me.

This is what I know. Your world shows you what you expect to see. You experience what you expect to experience. You create your world, from your thoughts and feelings. Curse your world, and it is cursed. Bless your world, and it is blessed. One of the easiest ways, to bless your world is...drum roll, please...to smile, and smile like you mean it.

Smile, with your whole being. Smile into the eyes, of the folks you meet. Smile, genuinely and with every thing you have. Smile, like you are looking into the very face of LOVE. (You are.) For one moment, smile, and pour your whole loving Self, into that smile. That is one of the easiest way, that I know of, to bless your world.

This is why, no matter where I go...in town, out of town, in the woods, in a different country, in the astral planes (do I really need to explain this one?), wherever...I experience the same thing. People smile at me, want to meet with me, want to chat me up, and want to be kind to me. I smile at my world, and my world smiles back at me. I bless my world, and I live in a world of blessings.

Blessings, to you all! I am smiling, while I am writing this. Smiling, as I imagine you reading this. Smiling, as I see you smiling. What a world we live in, eh? Bless your world, and you live in a world of blessing. Be well! I AM LOVE, and know you as LOVE!

They have a way of speaking, in that land...

Greetings, my beautiful friends,

Last night was an interesting night, of sleeping in shifts, and of dreaming some particularly interesting dreams. Sometimes...OK, often...OK...most of the time...I wake up with bits of phrases and dialogue, repeating over and over. Often, they are "rememberings" - messages of understanding and joy and freedom...and of course, LOVE! And just as often, they are the impetus for the morning's meditation.

This morning I was "awake" before being awake...I was lucid dreaming. For how long, I can not tell, but I was aware of myself dreaming, while dreaming...consciousness within subconsciousness. I know folks, who have made it a part of their personal spiritual practice, to consciously practice this. I have not, and yet it happens...on a fairly regular basis. I simply do my best, to pay attention to it, when it does happen.

One of my favorite experiences, of waking while already being awake, is hearing these bits of wisdom, flowing from my mouth...repeating, over and over...like we do, when we want to remember something. It is a strange and wonderful thing, to hear myself repeating and repeating, these words, and even more amazing is that they act like a carrier wave, helping to transport the substance, the thoughts and feelings, at the core of the words.

In these moments, the shift from dream awareness, to this awareness, is almost seamless, and the words feel like the very little bit of thread, weaving the two experiences together. It is quite wonderful, and although I have been practicing meditation for more than twenty-five years, it is always a wonder, always a fresh experience. Like I am experiencing it for the first time, every time. No need to think about it, it just is. Easy peasy!

Imagine that, instead of transporting water from a well, you simply transport the well...all of it...the bucket, the rope, the pulley, the stones around the hole in the ground, the hole in the ground, the ground, the water...all of it. Imagine that you are able to carry the essence and the form, of that well, from one place to another, while  losing nary a drop. This is one way to describe how it feels, to carry these "rememberings" from the dream experience, to this experience.

Or, if you like, imagine crossing the border, from one country, into another, while also still being in the country you just left. Imagine leaving that place, for another, while still being in that place...AND in the new place. Imagine being able to reach behind you, grab the back of your shirt, and lift yourself off the ground (yes, like in cartoons). Now, feel how that feels...the strangeness of it...the wonder of it. That is akin to how it can feel to consciously flow from dream to waking.

Which brings me to this morning's particular "remembering". It is a variation, on a theme that has become the center of my own understanding, and of my service and teaching. As I have written, I woke up, hearing my own voice repeating this over and over, and although it is a "new" way of saying it, if you are familiar with any of my writing, you will notice that the essence is the same.

Since this phrase...this well of wisdom...was transported by voice, across the seaming border, of dream and waking, I invite you to read it out loud, yourself. Repeat it, over and over, and pay attention to how you feel, when you hear yourself saying the words. Remember, this came from dream experience, and has that feel (although, as I look at it now, I am beginning to realize that a lot of my writing has that feel). Without further ado, here it is:

"My awareness, of you, lives in my knowing of you as LOVE!"

Beautiful, eh? I love it, and although it is very similar to "I AM LOVE, and know you as LOVE!", it has its own feeling. When I hold the two together, I get a kind of stereopsis...a "depth of field" experience...that is in line with living from "AND" (as in, "this AND that"). Both of these phrases, and the way they feel, do flow from the phrase, "I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!", and this phrase, in turn, flows from the truth, that LOVE is all, and knows all as LOVE!

The upshot of all of this? I have a new experience, with a familiar understanding of an essential truth, and it has been a thrilling morning of travel between worlds, and of remembering that I AM all the worlds. Now, it is time to walk this out. Time for some walking meditation on this beautiful November day, and for letting the walking do the talking...so to speak.

Thank you for sharing this morning's experience, with me. It has been a joy, to share it with you, and I AM grateful for the beauty and majesty of you. Your presence is a blessing, to me. And, it seems most appropriate to express my feelings, about you, by sharing, "My awareness, of you, lives in my knowing of you as LOVE!" "I AM LOVE, and know you as LOVE!"

"A rose by any other name..." - Some reflections on 11/11/11!

Hello, Oh Light Of The World!
There is a lot of activity, and a ton of metahyscal writing, surrounding a particular Friday, in November. That day is the second Friday of November (2011). I have had more than a few emails, asking me about what I thought of this day. I let them sit, without answer...mostly because anything I would share, would be my opnion, but I just received another one, so...
Here are a few reflections...musings, if you will, on the upcoming super day. This is not a treatise on numerology, but it is a little of the infromation, I have collected, from about 20 years of studying and teaching, in the fileds of spirituality, metaphysics, numerology, etc... Let me know what you think/feel. I welcome your thoughts. This should be fun and interesting! I had fun with it. Here goes:
Friday's date can be written any number of ways. Here are a few: Friday date is November 11, 2011. It is also 11/11/2011. It is also 11/11/2011 (for those parts of the world, that put the day first). It is also 11/11/11.
That last way of writing it, is the one that is getting all the attention. That date is the significant date...the date of great cosmic and spiritual importance. This, of course, is true and real...because you are deciding it is true and real. If it is a special day, for you, it is...a special day, for you. You are creating it to be.
You are creating it as a special day, and so it is. It is not some strange power of the numbers...except that you believe it is. The day before, and the day after, have significant numbers too.
The day before is 11/10/2011, and in numerology (of which, I have devoted a fair amount of the last twenty years studying) this is reduced to a 7. Now, in numerology, and other mystic traditions, 7 is the number of Christ consciousness, the number of the Universe, humanity's connection with its source. In other words, 7 ain't no slouch, and 11/10/2011 is a humdinger of a day. Wow!
The day after, is 11/12/2011, and in numerology, this is reduced to a 9, and 9 is a heavy hitter, in the world of numerology. In numerology, and in other mystic traditions, 9 is the number of fulfillment, attainment, earthly paradise, of being whole, of being mundane AND celestial, the beginning and the end. Again, no slouch, and watch out, 11/12/2011 is also a powerful day.
What is my point? Am I trying to spoil the 11/11/11 party? No! No way. Celebrate! It is a wonderful day to celebrate. I am just reminding that we decide whether a moment, or a day (or whatever), is significant or not significant. I say, "Celebrate 11/11/11. Just remember that it is powerful and special because you have decided that it is, AND that every day is as special as you decide it is.

p.s. Today's date reduces to a 6, and holy smokes! 6? Oy vey, 6 is crazy awesome. Here is just a little about this majestic number, of numbers. In numerology, and in other mystic traditions, 6 is the number of harmony, equilibrium, and balance. It symbolizes the union of polarity (masculine/feminine), and is often the symbol of luck, beauty, health, love. As you can see, 6 has it goin' on too. 

Everyday's an holiday, with you, LOVE!

Oh Light Of The World, creating special days, with special significance (11/11/11, 9/13/1971, etc...), is a wonderful way for you to experience the mystical and the miraculous and the magical. 

Two things, Oh Light Of The World: 

1. Remember that you are That, In Which All Things Are True. You are the creator of your whole human experience...including the mystical, mysterious, magical and miraculous. You are LOVE. LOVE is all. LOVE knows all as LOVE!

2. You are always LOVE...no matter what you are creating for yourself. You are That, In Which All Things Are True...no matter what you are experiencing. You are the creator of your world, of your whole human experience, and it is all special and significant. 

Oh Light Of The World, create special days, and know that they are special because you have decided they are special. Celebrate these special days, remembering that you could just as easily be celebrating the day before, or the day after, these special days, and that you would be celebrating a day that is just as worthy of celebration. 

Every moment is sacred. Every moment is perfect and whole. Everything, in your world...in your human experience...is your creation, and it is perfect and whole, because you, Oh Light Of The World, are perfect and whole. You are That, In Which All Things Are True. You are LOVE! LOVE is all, and LOVE knows all as LOVE!

This is always true. Always. This is true, in this very simple, special, significant moment.

In this perfect moment, I AM aware of the stories, floating through my consciousness, and I AM asking, with no judgment, "Did I create you from my joy, or from my fear?" In this perfect moment, I AM listening, with no judgment, to the answers, and allowing it all to be as it is. This is peace. This is ease. This is understanding. This is the palpable presence of LOVE.

You would never scream at an amnesiac...you'd be gentle...wouldn't you?

Oh Light Of The World, all healing is a remembering...a remembering that you are already whole. Even now, you are remembering this. It may not all be conscious remembering, and yet, you are remembering. Be easy with yourself, and relax your self-judgments. Let them be, for a moment. In your human experience, it is much easier to remember when you are relaxed and being easy with yourself.

Take a deep  breath...breathe in, through your nose....and hold it, for just a bit...and then breathe out, through your mouth...nice and slow...that's it...all the way out...and then breathe in, through your nose...hold it...hold it...and let it out, through your mouth...slowly...slowly...wonderful...and now, repeat this a few more times, on your own...simply breathing deeply...and relaxing....wonderful....

This breathing can be the beginning of conscious healing...conscious remembering. It is also a sign, that you already have everything, for your healing...your remembering that you are, even now, whole. So simple, Oh Light Of The World. So simple, this breathing slowly, this breathing deeply. Allow it to be simple. Allow it to be easy. Be easy with yourself, and relax. Breathe...and give your full focus, to your breath. It really is that simple, and with practice, it is that easy.

All healing is a remembering, Oh Light Of The World, and there are lots of ways to remember...lots of ways to experience healing. No way is better than any other (all ways are ways of remembering). Allow others, their way, and focus on your own. Their way is perfect, for them. Your way is perfect, for you. Know too, that your way of healing...of remembering...may change, as you remember more and more.

Keep breathing and allowing your remembering, and if you are unsure whether something is helping you to heal...to remember...ask yourself, "Does this feel like acceptance? Does this feel like freedom and joy? Does this feel like allowing and understanding? Does this feel like ease? Does this feel like LOVE?" If the answer is "Yes!", Oh Light Of The World (even a qualified "Yes!"), then relax and trust your inner wisdom. You are experiencing healing. You are remembering.

Oh Light Of The World, you are remembering that you are already (always) whole. Your whole world is communicating this, and when you relax, when you are easy with yourself, you make yourself more aware of this communication. Deep Breathing is a great way, to make yourself more aware, and is a major part of other ways or remembering...of healing. Make some time, right now, to breathe and listen, to breathe and observe. Nothing to do. Simply breathe and pay attention.

Be easy with yourself, and relax your self-judgments. Breathe and be easy, and you will begin to notice your world, being easy with you. Your world is your creation, Oh Light Of The World. It IS you. Creator and creation are one...the one in the other, and the other in the one. You can not be separated from your creation. Be easy with yourself, and be easy with your world. Breathe and allow.

Be easy with yourself, be easy with your world, and your world will be easy with you. Simple, yes? And easy, with a little practice...with a little research and development (sometimes called stumbles or mistakes). You would never scream at an amnesiac, never brow beat them, for not remembering who they are, right? You would be gentle with them, and make them comfortable. You would ask questions, that might jog their memory, wouldn't you. You would be kind and caring and generous and...loving. Wouldn't you?

You would. I know you, Oh Light Of The World, and I know that you would be incredibly, magnificently, beautifully loving. Wouldn't you? Why would you want to be anything other than loving, with your own remembering? Remembering is easier, and more enjoyable, when you are easy with yourself. Healing is easier when you relax your self-judgment. Who can experience healing, while feeling the need to defend themselves?

Be easy with yourself. Be kind and gentle and caring and generous...and loving...with yourself. This is the beginning of healing. And if you should feel that some help would be...well...helpful, in your remembering, then ask for help. Accept help. This doesn't mean that you are unable to heal...to remember...on your own. It simply means that you are opening to your whole world...your creation...participating in your healing, in your remembering that you are already (always) whole.

Oh Light Of The World, breathe and relax. Breathe and listen. Breathe and observe. Breathe and remember that you are already (always) whole. Remember that you are whole, and you are simply remembering that you are whole. Remember that you are That, in which all things are true and do exist. Remember that you are the whole of all things. Breathe and allow. Breathe and remember that you are LOVE. Remember that LOVE is all, and knows all as LOVE. Remember that you are LOVE.

That's all. Just that. Simply remember that you are whole. Simply remember that you are LOVE...LOVE, which is all and knows all as LOVE. However you remember this...is perfect too. Remember that your whole human experience is your creation...it's all you...and since you are LOVE In The Human Experience, you are (and this is really beautiful) LOVE knowing Itself as LOVE.

The acceptance of that. The growing awareness of that. That is what you have called "healing". That is remembering. That is remembering that you are already (always) whole and perfect. All healing, Oh Light Of The World, is Self healing. All remembering is Self remembering. (Even when you ask and accept help, with your remembering.) You are whole, and you are simply remembering that you are. You are LOVE, and you are simply remembering this truth.

Oh Light Of The World, all healing is a remembering...a remembering that you are already (always) whole. It is a remembering that you are the whole of everything. You do not have to remember this all at once (though you are free to do so). You can begin with breathing and listening...breathing and observing...breathing and allowing. You can begin by breathing and being easy with yourself. It's much easier to remember, when you are being easy with yourself.

In this perfect moment, I AM aware of the times when I created from limitation, and from comparison...judging my creation, my life, against my perceptions of others' lives...and I am loving these creations, as I love my creations from joy and freedom. When I remember, and love, my whole life as my creation...all of it, and all of my creations...I begin to, more consciously, create my life from joy and freedom and understanding and LOVE!

If Buddha, Mohammed, Krishna and Jesus descended from a cloud...

Oh Light Of The World, if Buddha, Mohammed, Krishna and Jesus descended, on a brilliant, technicolor cloud...streaming glory and wonderment...with choirs of angels, singing the music of the heavens...with all the earth offering up its bounty (you know...flowers blooming out of season, trees turning green or more green, grass springing up, where there was no grass, lions hooking up with lambs...you get the idea)...

If Buddha, Mohammed, and Jesus descended on this brilliant, technicolor cloud...with the aforementioned production values...spoke, with one voice, and told you to do something that was not in line with your own truth, your own wisdom, then Oh Light Of The World, chances are that they are not who they say they are. 

More importantly, even if they were who they say they are, you would be free to say "It is wonderful to see you all, and thank you for the suggestion. I am going to continue creating from my own wisdom, my own truth...from That which is joy, for me. Blessings, to you! I AM LOVE, and know you as LOVE!"  (Or something along those lines.) 

You would be free to say this, without fear of reprisal, because there is no power, outside of you, that has any authority over how you create your world. There is no power, outside of you, that has any power to make you do anything, or punish you, when you don't. These are ideas...stories...ways of understanding...that are only true when you believe them to be. 

You are free to believe otherwise. 

You are free to believe that you are, even now, creating your world. You are free to remember that you are the creator of your whole human experience...your whole world...and that your world is you (creator and creation as one...the one in the other, and the other in the one). You are free, right now, as the creator of your whole human experience, to trust your own wisdom, and to consciously create from that wisdom. 

There are lots (and lots) of voices, Oh Light Of The World, that speak from authority. They are speaking from their wisdom, and some have spoken in a way, that others have found to be true. These voices are given even more authority, by the people who have found their voices to be true. Read that again. These voices are...given...more authority. That is key. 

It is a wonderful thing, for these voices to be speaking their wisdom, to be speaking from their authority. It is a wonderful thing, to read, and listen to, their messages. It is a wonderful thing, for you to read, and listen to, their messages...while paying attention to what holds true, and what does not hold true, for you. It is wonderful to remember that you do have to choose between "the whole message" or "no message". 

It is wonderful, for you to remember that any wisdom, you experience in another, is simply your wisdom, reflected back to you. There is no authority, outside of you, unless you believe it to be. Your belief makes it real, within your human experience...the human experience that you are creating, in this very moment. 

All the gurus and saints and prophets only have the authority, in your human experience, that you give them. They are place holders for your wisdom. Proxy, for your authority. They act as executive assistants, reminding you of what you already know. They didn't hire you. You have hired them. They work for you, in your human experience, helping you to remember your truth.

Remember, Oh Light Of The World, they are simply reflecting your own wisdom. They are not giving you anything that you didn't already have. They simply act as reminders, to you, of your own truth. The truth, that is yours, already. The wisdom, that is yours, already. Remember? Right now is a great time, for asking yourself, "What is wisdom, for me? What is truth, in this human experience?"

Your human experience is your creation. Your human experience is you. The creator and the creation are one...the one in the other, and the other in the one. You are the author of this story. You are the author of yourself. You are That, in which all is true and does exist. The authority is yours, Oh Light Of The World, to create your world, as you choose. Whether you choose consciously, or unconsciously, it your creation (and it is always perfect...but that is a conversation, for another time). 

So, if Buddha, Mohammed, Krishna, and Jesus descend from a brilliant, technicolor cloud...streaming glory and wonderment and all the rest...and they speak with one voice, and if that voice does not reflect truth to you, if it does not reflect wisdom to you, if it does not reflect LOVE and understanding and ease and freedom and peace and well-being and joy and allowing, to you...why then, Oh Light Of The World, you are free to say, "It is wonderful to see you all, and thank you for the suggestion. I am going to continue creating from my own wisdom, my own truth...from That which is joy, for me.  Blessings, to you! I AM LOVE, and know you as LOVE!"
