In this perfect moment, I am aware of all my past "holy wars", the times I was consumed with fighting the "good fight". I am aware of all my conspiracies, my righteous indignation. I am aware of the many enemies I created, and of being "right". 

In this perfect moment, I am aware of all of this. I allow it, and accept it as it is. I accept it, and love it all, as my creation. In this is ease and well-being. In this, I remember that...

In this perfect moment, I am aware of the stirrings, within me...the joy unfolding and the dreaming of its manifestation...and I remember that I do not have to plan it all out. I can simply allow it all...begin it and share it and bring others in, to help it unfold. I can simply allow my joy. No need to make it happen. Nothing to overcome, or sacrifice. I can allow it all to be easy, and simply be. 

In this perfect moment, I am aware of the fears and doubts, and I allow them to be...as they are...even as I allow the joys. I allow it all, and know it all as my human experience. What a blessing, this life. What a wonder. In this perfect moment, I remember it all as LOVE. I remember that...

In this perfect moment, I am aware of my jealousies and judgments...of others, of the world, of myself...and I am aware of how I limit myself with these jealousies and judgments. I am aware of them, and I allow them to be, exactly as they are. I allow them, and love them as my creations...as I love all of my creations. Here is ease and freedom and joy! Here is the palpable presence of LOVE.

In this perfect moment, I remember that there is nothing I need think, feel, do, or say to fulfill my life. I remember that I am perfect and whole, as I am. How wonderful! How glorious, to know that I am completely free to live from my joy, to make all of my decisions from joy, and that when I forget to live from joy...I can simply remember to live from joy. 

How wonderful, to remember that whether I am living from joy, or not, I am perfect and whole. I am aware of the ways that I am living from joy, and I am aware of the ways that I am not. In this perfect moment, I am aware of the very real desire to force connections to unfold, and to rush the development of certain experiences. I am very aware of the fears that drive this desire to make things happen...and I love all of it, as my creation.

When I simply make time to be aware of all of this...just being aware...I find myself relaxing and laughing and enjoying the ride. I find myself remembering to allow, and delight in my life, exactly as it is. 

Without changing a thing, without fixing anything...I experience peace and joy and freedom. By simply allowing myself to be, as I am...fears and joys and all of it...I remember that...

In this perfect moment, I am remember that my life is my creation. It is as difficult, and as easy, as I make it...as I allow it to be. I am aware of the ways, in which I allow it to be difficult, and in the ways that I allow it to be easy. Nothing to change. Nothing to fix. Nothing to cut away. Nothing to add. Just simple awareness and allowance of it all. 

In this perfect moment, I remember that, difficult or easy, it is all my creation. It is all me, and I can feel the truth of myself as LOVE...perfect being, perfect understanding. In the midst of it all, I can feel that central truth. I am LOVE. When I am angry, defensive, aggressive, uncaring, hurtful...when I am joyful, accepting, embracing, generous, loving...I am always LOVE. 

In this perfect moment, I am fully, keenly aware of my self-created difficulties AND my self-created facilities, and I am loving them all. That's it. That's enough. To simply be aware and allow.
