In this perfect moment, I am remember that my life is my creation. It is as difficult, and as easy, as I make it...as I allow it to be. I am aware of the ways, in which I allow it to be difficult, and in the ways that I allow it to be easy. Nothing to change. Nothing to fix. Nothing to cut away. Nothing to add. Just simple awareness and allowance of it all.
In this perfect moment, I remember that, difficult or easy, it is all my creation. It is all me, and I can feel the truth of myself as LOVE...perfect being, perfect understanding. In the midst of it all, I can feel that central truth. I am LOVE. When I am angry, defensive, aggressive, uncaring, hurtful...when I am joyful, accepting, embracing, generous, loving...I am always LOVE.
In this perfect moment, I am fully, keenly aware of my self-created difficulties AND my self-created facilities, and I am loving them all. That's it. That's enough. To simply be aware and allow. In this, I remember myself, and my world, as whole. In this, I experience ease and well-being. In this, I remember that...
I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!
