In this perfect moment, I remember that my world...my whole human experience...is my creation. I remember that perception is reality...what I expect to experience, I experience...my world shows me what I have, first, shown my world. In this perfect moment, I remember that I experience my world as peace and ease and well-being when I expect to experience it as so...when that is what I am giving my world.
In this perfect moment, I am making a moment to breathe and be still and be silent. I am making a moment to breathe and know my world as whole...and to remember my world as myself. In this perfect moment, I remember that...I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!
