In this perfect moment, I AM aware of my many blessings, and I AM remembering that whatever I count as blessing...counts as blessing. No matter what my experience seems to be, I may know it as such, AND know it as blessing. In this perfect moment, exactly as I AM, exactly as my world is, I AM aware of my many blessings!

All healing is a remembering.

Oh Light Of The World, all "healing" is a remembering that you are already (always) whole. How you remember is not important. It isn't even important, that you remember. It is simply remembering that you are already (always) whole. Whether you remember, or not, the truth is...you are whole and perfect. Remembering simply allows you to experience it, consciously.

So, whatever methods you use, to remember...whether they be through hospitals and doctors, counselors, shamans and priests, healers and intuitives, retail outlets, or by going within...it is all you, remembering that you are whole and perfect, as you are. All healing is self-healing, Oh Light Of The World, and that means that all remembering is self-remembering.

All healing is self-healing, and that means that all remembering is Self, remembering Self. You are LOVE In The Human Experience, Oh Light Of The World, and you may remember this, while you are living/creating this human experience. There is no outside power, keeping you from this remembering...from this healing...and no outside power can give it to you (unless you decide it is so).

Oh Light Of The World, relax and be easy with yourself. Have you ever tried to remember something while you are stressed? Is it easy to remember while you are stressed? Have you ever wanted to remember something, so much, that trying to remember, only made it harder to remember? Then again, have you ever said, "I am going to take a break, from "trying" to remember, and see what comes."?

Today, you can remember...you can heal...with very little effort. All healing is easy, when we let it. When we take a break, from "trying" to make it happen, and simply allow it to be. Remember, we are already whole, already perfect. We are simply remembering that we are whole and perfect. You can make this remembering..this healing...easier, by relaxing.

Throughout the day, make time to pause whatever you are doing, and be still. Be still, and take deep breaths. Simply focus, as best you can, on your deep breaths, If stray thoughts show up, let them be, and simply bring your focus, back to your breathing. It is that simple.

It is that simple. No special mantras or affirmations, no special poses. Just you, making time for deep breathing...breathing in through your nose, holding the breath, releasing the breath, slowly, through your mouth, and repeating for 3 to 5 minutes. That's it. That is the beginning of you, remembering that you are already (always) whole, and the more you allow, the easier it gets.

Oh Light Of The World, be easy with yourself, and be easy with others. You are all remembering, in your own ways, that you are already (always) whole and perfect. Be easy. It is much easier to remember, when you are being easy, eh?

In this perfect moment, I AM celebrating the wind (and oh, what a glorious wind, it is) and the sun and the earth, beneath my feet. I AM celebrating the dragonfly, that just landed near me, and the ant, crawling on my pant leg. I AM celebrating all of my feelings and my thoughts, my body's messages, and the awe and wonder, of my soul. In this perfect moment, I AM aware of my world, and I AM blessing it, exactly as it is. I bless my world, and it is blessed.

It's all you!

     Oh Light Of The World, there is nothing, absolutely nothing, standing in the way, of your enlightenment, your nirvana, your heaven...your perfection. You are free to believe there is, and while you believe, it will be true, for you. 


     You are, even now, believing your human experience into being. You are creating your world, right now, and you can love it or hate it, curse it or bless it. This iscreating too. Any name, you give your world...whatever way, you define it...you make it so. It is all you. 


     You create your world. It is all you. There is no external power, pulling strings, and making things happen...unless you decide there is. No government, no banking system, no world commerce system, no shadow organizations, no religion, no hate group, no terrorists, no deadly plagues, no scarcity of resources, no Earth changes, no god and no devil, nothing. No external power creates your world...unless you decide it does. 


     Oh Light Of The World, no matter what you create...heaven, hell, or limbo...it still does not stand in the way of your perfection. You are, even now, in this very moment, perfect and whole. You are That, from which all things flow, and in which all things exist. In truth, this moment is you, and you are the essential essence of this moment. You are LOVE, and LOVE knows all as LOVE!


     So, take a deep breath, and pause, for a moment. Then, take another deep breath, and smile. Look around and marvel at the world that you are creating...sometimes consciously...and bless your world. Take another deep breath, and even if it seems like make-believe (at first, it might), remember yourself as LOVE, as the essential essence and totality of all there is. Remember yourself as LOVE, and remember your world as yourself. There is no separation. The one, in the other, and the other, in the one. 


     Blessings, Oh Light Of The World! Hail, Oh LOVE In The Human Experience! Enjoy your creation...all of it...and remember that you are free to create whatever you want to create. You are free to curse or bless your world, and either way, it will be what you decide it is. Remember, it is all you, and it is all perfect. 


     You are perfect. You are LOVE, and LOVE knows all as LOVE!

In this perfect moment, I AM fully present, to my creation, and it is fully present to me. I AM here, now, and I AM simply enjoying what is. In this perfect moment, I AM remembering myself as LOVE, and remembering my world as mySelf. Creator and creation, as one...the one, in the other, and the other, in the one. In this perfect moment, I AM aware that I AM heaven, I AM enlightenment, I AM perfection. I AM LOVE, and know all things as LOVE! I AM LOVE, and know you as LOVE!
