Daily Uplift -- February 28, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, make time to be still, to be quiet...just 5 minutes of deep breathing. Does that feel like wasting time, like not being productive...like doing nothing? Know this, even in your most, seemingly, slothful moment, your entire human experience...actually, all of Creation...is your creation. Evidently, this is easy for you. You create, while you are doing nothing at all. Hmmm....who knew?"

A LOVE tap!

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, remember that you don't have to turn away from the story, you are creating...the story, you call your life...but you can remember that it is a story. One that you are creating. This is the first step, in conscious creation. This reminder, this little nudge? A gift from YOU to you...call it a LOVE tap. Blessings!"

I AM LOVE, and know all things as LOVE!

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "Take a deep breath, and say, with me, 'I AM LOVE, and know all things as LOVE!' Really get into it, feel it, know it...now, say, 'I AM LOVE, and know all things as LOVE!'' Let this mantra stir, within you, memory of your truest reality...let it course through you and from you. Let it help you bring awareness, to your creating. Simply say, 'I AM LOVE, and know all things as LOVE!' Blessings, to you!"

Daily Uplift -- February 27, 2011

In this perfect moment, imagine (if it pleases you) the darkened hallways of a great castle. Now, see you, a member of the King's own Guard, running madly through those halls, until he stops at a great door and pounds and yells, "My King, awaken! Awaken! I saw great fires, in the Eastern Mountains. Our enemies advance, my Lord. Awaken!" He pounds on the door, and yells, "Awake, awake!"

Patrick Sterenchuk The knight continues to pound and yell, until the King opens the door, wrapped in royal robes. From behind Him, you can hear someone calming the children, who have been frightened from their slumber. The King, fully awake now, simply, and quietly says, "What is it, my knight? What is of such import, that you would wake Us thus? And take care, your answer, my old friend. I am tired and you have roused me from my sleep.

The knight takes a deep breath, and launches these words, "My Lord, we must make ready the battlements, and call out the guard! We must bring the people within the walls and make plans to meet the advancing foe! I saw fires, my Lord, in the Eastern Mountains! And they were as bright as the Sun! I am ready, my Liege, to do thy bidding...whatever that be. I am, as ever, your faithful servant."

The King, wise and kind, puts His hands on the shoulders, of this trusted friend, and says, "Come, let us make our way, to the parapet, and you may show me what you have seen. We will make Our decisions, from that great height, and then I shall have my answer." With that, the King, a glint in his eye, sets off for the Eastern battlements. His guard dutifully follows, and they make their way through the darkened halls and up the many stairs, to the Eastern wall.

When they arrive at the great fortified door, of the Eastern wall, the guard, there, bows to his King and sets to opening the way. When the door opens, the night air sweeps in, and the three men step out to greet it. The moon illuminates the land, and for a moment, the King is lost, in the beauty of it. Then at once, He can make out the fiery glow, advancing across his Eastern Mountains.

He moves along the parapet, stopping here and there, to change His vantage point. His voice, sometimes heard above the winds, that flow at this great height. For a full half hour, he does this. The master strategist, judging the situation. Then, taking the guards by surprise, the King, this mighty man, throws back His head and...laughs. Roars, actually. His laughter, as loud as battle shouts, carries on and on, for a few minutes, and then he strolls to his men.

Leading the two guards, to the place of his earlier mirth, He points in the direction of the Eastern Mountains, and asks, "Pray, what do you see now, my good Sir Knights? What is it that advances across Our great Eastern borders?" The old guard, and the new, follow their Kings gaze, and the young one, too, begins to chuckle. Even the old guard must, now, laugh (albeit grudgingly).

The King, wise and gentle, puts His arm around the older guard, and says, "My good man, what you saw, advancing across those beautiful mountains, would be a great foe, indeed, if he were a foe. Thank goodness, for Us and Ours, he is no foe, but the oldest of friends, and We greet Our brother Sun, with great happiness and a cheerful countenance, to match his own."

Ha! It is a great day! Now, am I awake! It is a beautiful day. I think I will take a ride out, and move amongst my subjects. Let them see their King, and know that He is well! But first, what say you, to some breakfast? Would you dine with your King? He is famished, from all these war plans. Imagine, we were almost at war with the Sun! Hahahaha! Indeed!"

A drink of water?

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "Imagine a lake, of the purest water. Go on, you've got a little time. Really imagine it. That's it...good, feel it. Now, imagine that lake...asking for a drink of water. Silly? Maybe, maybe not. I don't know. I leave that to you. What I do know, is this: it is no different than you seeking out God, IAM, LOVE...whatever name, you give to the idea of your Source. It is no different than you asking for anything."

Waiting...working...allowing...

says, "Are you still waiting for your enlightenment? No? Are you working for it, then? No? Ahh, you are allowing for your enlightenment. You are practicing patience and forgiveness and gratitude and acceptance. Perfect! Now, let me ask you, 'Can you accept...with the same patience, forgiveness and gratitude...that your enlightenment is already yours? That you are enlightenment Itself?"

Remember your divINity!

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "Remember your divINity, my bright and shiny friends! It's all you. All of it. Everything you experience...all you. In you, through you, from you...all of it. Your human experience IS divine. Don't seek to speed through it, or cast it off. It is your divINity, experienced as humanity, and it is as timeless as your truest essence...LOVE! LOVE is all there is, including your current experience. LOVE is your now."

Daily Uplift -- February 26, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, all the wisdom, you could ever want or need, is within you. It is always available, to you, embedded, and reflected, in your every experience. My beautiful friend, remember that everything, you experience, is yours...it's all you. When you make time to pay attention, without judgment, to every experience, you begin to allow that wisdom (perfect understanding) to speak to you."

Daily Uplift -- February 25, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, remember and rejoice. Remember that you are the source of everything you experience. Remember that nothing exists outside of you. Remember, you are LOVE, and LOVE is all. Remember that LOVE knows all as LOVE. Rejoice, in this remembering. Rejoice, remembering that, in this truth, you are free to know yourself, as you seem to be, AND as you truly are...LOVE. Blessings!"

Absolutely Safe

In this perfect moment, imagine the mayor, of a small city, activating the emergency sirens, for every little breeze that blows, because they could turn into bad weather..."even a tornado". Even if he is prone to over-react, he means well, and the folks love him so much, they keep re-electing him...'"he keeps us safe". This is the way it's been, for as long as anyone can remember.

Then, one day, during the annual "Harvest Festival", the wind picked up (ever so slightly), and just as before, the mayor quickly activated the sirens..."because it's better to be safe, than sorry, you know? Besides, they're my people. I'm responsible for keeping them absolutely safe...no matter what!"

But a strange thing happened. Or rather, a strange no-thing happened. No one ran to their houses. No one screamed, and no one gathered their children, frantically looking for shelter. No one cried "tornado" or "avalanche" (people had actually yelled this, in the past, even though the city was flat as a pancake).

Nope. None of it. The sirens wailed and the mayor ran around, from window to window (he made sure his office had windows, facing every direction), getting more and more frantic. "Where is everyone? They should be running for their homes. They should be hiding in the conveniently located shelters, I've placed all over town."

Still, no one was rushing anywhere. Not a single worried soul was seen yelling "tornado" (or "avalanche", for that matter). No one was spotted, running frantically after their children, or pushing others into shelters. This made the mayor even more frantic. So, he grabbed his hard hat, red safety sash, and bullhorn and headed out into the "Proto-Storm" (his word, not mine).

When he got outside, the wind had picked up (what you and I might call a breeze), and still, the people ignored the sirens. So, he ran, as fast as he could,to the Harvest Festival (even though his car was still running, back at the office)."I have to warn them, save them from themselves," he said, between gasps. He ran on, sped by his worry, until he (finally) could see his people...ignoring his sirens.

Stopping only to catch his breath, he turned the bullhorn on, and started cajoling them to make for their homes and the shelters. When cajoling did not work, he laid on the guilt, "Think of the children. Think of yourselves. Think of me, for goodness sakes. Who will I be mayor of, if you all die some horrible death?"

Then, because no one was paying attention, he turned to berating them (He really didn't want to, but felt that he had no choice. That's what he told me later.), saying things like (and remember he was embarrassed about it all, later), "Are you all dumb? What's the matter with you, don't you hear the sirens? Can't you see that this is a Class 1 Proto-Storm? THIS COULD TURN INTO A TORNADO, PEOPLE!!!"

Even after all of that...nothing. Even after making himself red in the face, and saying those unsavory things (he really did hate saying them). Nothing. And here's why (Are you ready for this?): They couldn't hear any of it. None of it. The planning committee had hired four bands, to play, this year, and through some miscommunication, they were hired to all play...at the same time.(These things happen.)

Imagine, if you will, a mariachi band, a reggae band, a hair-metal band, and a gospel choir...all performing, at the same time...on four different stages, that were so close, they could wave to each other. Imagine the cacophony (look it up, if you need to) and the harmony and the sheer crazy brilliance of all those bands playing at the same time. (Go on, we've got time. Really imagine it...it was great, really.)

Now, imagine, added to all that..uhh...music, the sounds of the midway, and the ferries wheel, and the tilt-a-whirl, and the...you get the picture. It was loud, and the people were having the best time, they ever had. Teenagers were falling in love, old folks were jamming out, parents were dancing, and no one was freaking out. All of this, despite the sirens and the mayor, red-faced, and jumping up and down.

At one point, a little girl happened to look in the direction, of the mayor, and asked her mommy, "Mommy, why is the mayor all red-faced and jumping up and down, like that?" The mommy looked, to where she was pointing, and said, "Honey, the mayor obviously likes hair-metal. I would've never guessed that. Hmmm." They waved at the mayor, then made their way to the corn-dog stand.(Mmmm...corn-dogs...)

As the afternoon turned into night, the breeze...er...uhh....the Class 1 Proto-Storm (yes, I'm being a smarty-pants) died out, and the mayor passed out, from exhaustion, and the music played on, and lights came on, and people ate funnel cakes, and had their fortunes told (none of which involved tornadoes or avalanches...except for the Smith boy, but he was always kind of reckless).

Later, when the music was coming to a close, folks noticed a very faint siren sound, and there was a moment of panic (conditioning, you know?). There was a little running around, some minor freaking out, some gathering of children, but it all stopped, when everyone saw the mayor, sleeping on a parkbench. If the mayor wasn't worried, why should they? Right?

They gathered up their children, stole their last kisses, danced one more dance, ate one last funnel-cake, said their "Good night!"s, and headed to their homes. Someone gave the mayor, a ride to his home, and everyone slept really, really well, that night (except the mayor, who thought he felt a little wind, as he was entering his home).

The next morning, the paper ran a story, at the bottom of Page 2, about a tornado, that had touched down, about 50 miles away, and a bizarre avalanche, in the next town over. But who reads the bottom of Page 2? (Well, except the mayor, of course.)

February 24, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, imagine the mayor, of a small city, activating the emergency sirens, for every little breeze that blows, because they could turn into bad weather...'even a tornado'. He means well, even if he is prone to over-react, and the folks love him so much, they keep re-electing him...'he keeps us safe'. Now, read this again, replacing the words 'mayor', 'he', and 'him', with 'fear'. Get it?"

Be thou LOVE, and know you, all things as LOVE!

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "When you remember that your every experience is you...experiencing you. And when you remember that you are LOVE, experiencing Itself as human. And when you remember that LOVE experiences all things as Itself. And when you remember that Love is all. You may experience your life, as it appears to be, and love it, as it is. Relax, friend, and rejoice. Be thou, LOVE, and know all things as LOVE!"

Would you drink from this cup?

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, imagine yourself, a traveler. You've just made it through the desert, and you stumble to the first door, you find. You knock, and then collapse...you are sun-burned, dehydrated exhausted. When you come to, you're handed a rather dirty cup, with water in it. You are so thirsty, so thirsty, but the cup is disgusting. Do you drink from this cup, or ask for a cleaner one?"

Daily Uplift -- February 23, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, remember, you created God and all the heavenly hosts...the devil too. It's all magnificent story-telling...building stories from other stories...and it's all you. Take a deep breath, and remember, everything you experience, is you...creating you, creating your world, creating your Creator. You are LOVE In The Human Experience. You are LOVE. There is nothing else. You're all that is."

Daily Uplift -- February 22, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, remember, there's a difference between sharing what's true for you, and expecting others to believe it too. When you realize, the need to proselytize, really comes from your own doubt (not sure of what it's all about), then you begin, without judging, to look within. That's when the light shines through...no more need to convince, or lay out evidence...you remember, it's all you."

Is this heaven?

Patrick Sterenchuk asks, "Can you allow yourself to know your gifts, in the same way that you know your faults? Can you let yourself know your life as valuable, without having to earn it, reclaim it, or change it? Can you love and embrace who you are, right now, and do the same for the world around you....the world that is, even now, streaming from you? This is heaven, this acceptance. This is LOVE, realized in the human experience."

Daily Uplift -- February 21, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, allow the question, without the need for an answer. This is a powerful practice...asking a question, and allowing it to find its own completion, with no conscious thought, from you. This is letting go of what you think you know, in order to let your own wisdom flow. And the good news? There is no wrong way to do this. So relax, ask away, and then simply go about your day. Blessings!"

Daily Uplift -- February 20, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, take a deep breath, and allow yourself to be still and quiet. Listen to your thoughts, with no judgment. Simply listen...eavesdrop in, on the background chatter...and let it flow. No changing it, or fixing it. It's time to let go of 'right or wrong', 'positive and negative', and embrace your thoughts, as they flow. Through this embrace, this acceptance, all is made whole. This is LOVE."

Daily Uplift -- February 19, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, imagine a businessman, in a busy city, frantically calling for a taxi...while his Mercedes is waiting to take him anywhere. Imagine a queen, crying that she has no food, no food...while sitting at a table, piled with her land's finest food and wine. Far-fetched? Imagine yourself, feeling lost and alone...while all of Creation pours from you, and adores you. Oh yeah, that one's real!"

The Seed Market by Rumi

The Seed Market - Rumi
The Seed Market

Can you find another market like this?

Where,
with your one rose
you can buy hundreds of rose gardens?

Where,
for one seed
you get a whole wilderness?

For one weak breath,
the divine wind?

You've been fearful
of being absorbed in the ground,
or drawn up by the air.

Now, your waterbead lets go
and drops into the ocean,
where it came from.

It no longer has the form it had,
but it's still water.
The essence is the same.

This giving up is not a repenting.
It's a deep honoring of yourself.

When the ocean comes to you as a lover,
marry, at once, quickly,
for God's sake!

Don't postpone it!
Existence has no better gift.

No amount of searching
will find this.

A perfect falcon, for no reason,
has landed on your shoulder,
and become yours.

Drunk and giddy, with the knowing of you!

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "I AM LOVE, and know all things as LOVE! Oh, my 'bright and shinies', I am so in LOVE with you, right now. My sister-Self, my brother-Self, you intoxicate me. I know you, as my Self, and instantly, I am drunk and giddy, with the knowing of you! I am full, with the beauty and majesty of you, Oh Light Of The World! I AM LOVE, and know all things as LOVE! I AM LOVE, and know you as LOVE!"

Daily Uplift -- February 18, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, remember that you are creating your every experience. Look around. It's all you! What a wonder, you are! What a magnificent and brilliant creator, you are. Take a deep breath. Can you allow, that everything you experience, is your creation? Can you, at least, imagine it, make-believe that it is? Can you know it as perfect and beautiful? Can you feel that beauty? That's you too!"

Daily Uplift -- February 17, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, you are perfect. All the stories, that you tell, as you are creating your human experience, are perfect. You are, remember, LOVE In The Human Experience, and all is perfect, in LOVE. What's left, then, is to ask you, 'With all stories perfect, and no story more perfect than another, are you telling stories of joy and freedom?' Now is a perfect time, for remembering your joy."

Wars and rumors of war.

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "It is time to pay attention to all the little (and big) intrigues, that occupy your thoughts. What conspiracies, little or big, do you entertain? Do they nurture understanding and acceptance? Do they promote well-being, these stories of 'mysterious forces, and their control over you'? There is nothing inherently wrong with these kind of stories. I'm simply asking, 'Do you find joy in them?'"

In LOVE, there is no distinction...LOVE is all. This is true for you, too...'everything', and 'nothing', in your human experience, is real. Wanna hear a story?

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "A message, of LOVE, to all my metaphysical, woo-woo, friends: Many have posted that they are experiencing symptoms, from shifting and expanding. These are very real experiences...AND...they are fictions...stories. They are part of another story that says, 'Growth is accompanied by discomfort, pain, and/or confusion." (Deep breath)

All stories are true, and no story is more true than another. This is just one story, or one type of story. It does require us, on some level, to tell...and believe...another story. That story is this, "There is a higher power, a Creator, that is, in some way, separate from us." Now, you may be thinking, "That's not a story, I'm telling. I don't believe in a separate God, Goddess, Source." (Deep breath) This is not a judgment, on you, me, or anyone. I am saying, without any judgment, that as long as we talk about any outside force, having any effect on us, that story is woven into our personal human experience. And, it is perfect...as all stories are...and perfectly told.

Now, I never tell folks what stories to tell. I meditate, reflect, and share what brings me joy...knowing that, when it meets up with what others are experiencing, it will either ring true, for them, or it won't. In either case, they will be more sure about their own truth...no right, no wrong, just stories meeting stories. This is the case here, my friends. I love you all, and count myself blessed, by your presence, in my life. I am just asking, "Is this story still fun to tell?" "Is it the most joyous story that can be told?" "Is it necessary?" "Why do I still choose to tell the story, that I am subject to these experiences?" "Why do I still tell the story that growth, expansion, shifting, is accompanied by pain, discomfort, and/or confusion?"

Here's the thing, everything is fiction, and it is all streaming from you. No cosmic energy (of any kind) no prophecy (no matter how widely believed or how deeply ingrained), no fate, no contract (read "should"), no authority, outside of you, tells the stories, that you are experiencing. It's all you. It's all amazing. It's all real. It's all true. AND...you are free to experience any story you want. Who's going to tell you otherwise? Huh? It's all you! You're it! You're the storyteller, AND...you are that, in which, the storyteller is true.

I know how amazing you are. I know you...through all the stories, of your human experience...as that, from which, all things flow, and in which, all things exist. I believe that any story, you are telling yourself, is worthy of telling. It must be, you're telling it. I am just asking the question, "Do you still enjoy this story?" If not, Oh Light Of The World, Oh One True Source Of All That Is, Oh Non-Story At The Heart Of All Story...oh you, my friend, then choose another story.

Blessings,

P

p.s. One last question, "With all stories being equal...all worthy of being told...does the story, of growing, expanding, evolving, shifting, still hold the same joy for you? Is there another story, that you would enjoy more?" These are just questions, asked from a brother, who loves you very much. Blessings! Thank you for the gift of you!

Daily Uplift -- February 14, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, everything, you think you know, is fiction, but no one is 'putting one over' on you. There is no power, outside of you, controlling your life. There is only you...LOVE In The Human Experience...weaving stories, playing make-believe. And you do it so well, that it even convinces you. Bravo! Enjoy it! Not enjoying it? Then, make-believe something else. One story's as good as another."

Daily Uplift -- February 13, 2021

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, know that you are free to see your life, as a series of lessons...tests, to be passed. You are also free to see your life as an opportunity to play. To, first, make-believe you are small, limited, and then, while playing, remember that you are free to make-believe anything at all. It's all make-believe, it's all glorious, and it's all you, my friend. Can you let play be your life?"

Daily Uplift -- February 12, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, know that you, no longer, have need to practice self-recrimination, self-judgment. You have mastered this. Now, know that there is nothing to master...no need to strive for perfection. Why strive for what is already yours? What is there to master, when all wisdom, all knowing, is already yours. There is only the allowing that you are perfect, as you are. Let this be your practice."

The Color Purple...Celie's Reunion

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "I forgot how wonderful 'The Color Purple' is. Just finished the tail end...Celie's reunion, with her children is so beautiful. As an actor, you work to be believable, to your audience. Whoopi is so brilliant, in this movie...just wonderful. The whole cast is amazing...I feel like i just got caught up with old friends, I haven't seen in a while. What a great way to fall asleep. Blessings, to you all!"

Holding the mirror up...

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "Remember, the world can only show you what you, first, give to it. Wanting the world to look different, without changing what you are giving, is like scowling into a mirror and wondering why it won't smile at you. Whatever you want to see, in the world, around you...you, first have to be. Does that astound you?"

Daily Uplift -- February 11, 2011

k Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, remember that real peace is never won...it is not a reaction to violence or repression (answering 'should' for 'should'). Real peace is an inner experience. It flows from remembering that we are perfect, as we are, and remembering that the world is perfect, as it is. Say this, 'I remember...I AM LOVE, and know all things as LOVE! I remember!' Live from LOVE, and know peace."

Daily Uplift -- February 10, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, remember that the world, around you, is a reflection of the world, within you. The world flows from you, my friend. Take a deep breath, and let that truth really flow through you. Can you feel how huge that is? If everything, you experience, flows from you, then all the wisdom, of gurus and saints, is wisdom that is already yours. It is just being repeated back to you. You are amazing!"

Daily Uplift -- February 9, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, remember that places change, times change, experiencences change...these are forms, and forms change. Joy does not change. It has no form, except of that, into which it is poured, and it pours from you, my friend. So, if an experience no longer holds joy, for you, let it go...it was only a vessel. Say, to yourself, 'I need look, no further. I remember, I am the source of my own joy!'"

Daily Uplift -- February 8, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, take a deep breath and stand up. Look around (take a really good look) at your surroundings...look on this, your world. Remember that, even now, it flows from you...remember it as perfect, as it is. Love it, and bless it, as your own! Hold your arms out (as to embrace all you see), and proclaim, 'I remember! All of this is my perfect creation. I AM LOVE, and know all things as LOVE!'"

Daily Uplift -- February 7, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, take a deep breath, and observe (without judgment) the ways, that you have taken on others' pain or loss...and your guilt, for the times you haven't. Take another deep breath, and know this: it has never been yours, to take on, and one of the greatest things you can do, for another, is to shift your loving kindness, from feeling their pain, to knowing them as whole."

It's all fiction...

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "Your Attention Please! The story being told, right now...your life...is fiction. That's OK, it's all fiction...stories telling stories...and it's all glorious! It's, also, all true. Every single story is true. Every kind of beginning, every kind of ending, and every kind of middle...all true...all glorious...all perfect fiction...all available to you, right now."

Daily Uplift -- February 6, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, share your truth, for the joy of sharing...knowing that others are whole, with or with out your truth. If you would serve an other, serve for the joy of serving...knowing them as whole, with or without your service. If you would love an other, love for the joy of loving...knowing them as whole, with or without your love. Live from joy, friend. All is whole, with or without your doing."

Daily Uplift -- February 5, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, stop. Be here. Good. Be now. Good. And breathe...take a deep breath. Good. Now we are here, in this perfect moment. Take a deep breath...hold it...and let it out, slowly, slowly...and pause, before breathing in, pause...and then, take a deep breath in...and repeat. Let yourself notice how breath flows from no-breath...how 'doing' flows from 'being', into 'being'. Relax. Be. Easy."

Daily Uplift -- February 4, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, rejoice and relax...there is no salvation. How can you save that which is not lost? There is no healing. How can you heal what is whole? I tell you, Oh Light Of The World, it is all story...a grand game of make-believe, created by you...and you are so brilliant, that it feels real, even to you. Celebrate your creation, and remember that if you can create this, you can create anything!"

Daily Uplift -- February 3, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says,"In this perfect moment, knowing yourself, as God, is not forgetting your place, in Creation. It is...remembering it. To say, that you are part of God, is true...albeit, partially true. For, what is part of the whole, is the whole, and what is thought to be Creation, is Creator. There is no separation. You are that, from which, all things flow, and in which, all things exist. Here is your truest essence."

"If you want to view paradise, simply look around and view it..." Some musings on reality.

Friends,

I posted this message, Wednesday evening: 'My love, to all my friends, experiencing the blizzard. Blessings!' This has generated some questions about where I am living...'Have you moved?'...'Do you not live in Dubuque?'...'Where were you last night?'...'I'm confused. Don't you live, like two miles from me, dude?'. I still live in Dubuque, and visited several of its great businesses, last night. I can tell you that I am still living in Dubuque, and was in Dubuque last night and today. I can also tell you that I did not experience a blizzard. I am not delusional, nor am I being cheeky.

I simply did not experience a blizzard.

Now, I am aware that many, of my friends and family, have experienced the blizzard, and that is why I posted:

"My love, to all my friends, experiencing the blizzard. Blessings!"

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Friends, our experience is not limited to that, which is the collective perspective. In fact, it is possible to, consciously (and with no delusion), experience something other than what others are experiencing...even when they are right next to you. In fact, you do it every day. You are doing it now...mostly unconsciously.

You are free, and capable, of experiencing life, fully from your own personal field of creation. This is, really, are there is. The concept of a collective field of creation...one that requires a majority vote...it just that, a concept. A very persistent, self-sustaining perspective, it would seem.

Now, I know that it seems to be born out by everyday experience. The majority agrees that grass, on any given day, will be green. If you drop an egg, it will splatter. If you live in the same geographical location, as those, experiencing a blizzard, you must experience blizzard. Majority rules. Or does it?

I tell you, right now, that it is possible to understand that other are experiencing a particular "collective experience", while you are (again, consciously) aware of, and participant to, a different experience. This is not a delusion...you are aware of both realities, and treat both as real, AND simply, consciously, choose to experience something other than the "collective experience".

I know this, from personal experience. I have had some interesting experiences, throughout my life, that have always pointed to this. Experiences that were in line with the physics, metaphysics, and philosophy, that were informing my inner life, have played out, in my outer life. In the last three years, these experiences have increased in frequency and intensity, and with them, have come more than a few epiphanies...one, of which, I am relaying, with this message.

I can with great clarity, and with no judgment, tell you that I did not experience a blizzard, while those around me, most certainly did. Call this what you will...a matter of perspective, rose-colored glasses, philosophical and linguistic acrobatics, word play...I tell you that I am aware that, for many, a blizzard occurred in this geographical location. I know that this is true, and I know that, with equal surety, I experienced other.

We are living in a very interesting time. everything is on the table, and I am here to tell you that what you call reality, is an opt-in, rather than an opt-out. You experience what you expect to experience, and you can only expect what you can accept. Now is the time to look at what you can accept, and whether it is in line with your joy. Now is the time, to question what you are willing to accept, and begin living from what is possible. Now is the time, to remember that your truest essence is that which makes all things possible.

Blessings,

Patrick

p.s. More on this, later. Time for sleep. Tattvam asi! (Thou art that, from which, all things flow, and in which, all things exist!)

Oh, the wind is blowin'....

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "On those days, when you feel like a flag, whipped by the wind...remember, the wind is just playing, simply excited about helping the flag, to really experience being a flag, and then...remember...you are the wind. Blessings!"

Daily Uplift -- February 2, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, you are whole. Say, 'I am whole.' Say, 'In this perfect moment, I am whole.' There are no extra parts to you...nothing for you to cut away or abandon. Whatever you would abandon, embrace. Whatever you would cut away, celebrate. The mind is not your enemy, nor the ego, nor the body. I tell you, there is no enemy. Want to feel whole? It's simple. Love what you would hate."

A little "waiting for the car to warm up" laughter!

Or......A little "blizzard of laughs" laughter. Enjoy, and join in. Did you know that research has confirmed laughter's immune boosting powers? Laughter really is the best medicine.

No need to fight over it...

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "There can be no battle, if you have no soldiers on the field. No need for guards, if there is nothing to guard. Remember that your abundance is everywhere, and everywhen. Will you blame your neighbor, if you can't find the treasure, you have hidden? Even now, she is enjoying her own, with no thought, to yours. Breathe. Relax, while you were hunting and fighting, your treasure was always with you."

You say 'either', I say 'OK'.

Patrick Sterenchuk asks, "If you choose to eat a slice of pizza, do you require everyone else to do so, too? If you drive a red car, must everyone, then, drive a red car. If your neighbor is wearing a blue shirt, must you, change yours, to blue? No? You mean to tell me that you are free to make decisions, without others making the same ones? How much time is spent, needing others to believe what we believe?"

Daily Uplift -- February 1, 2011

Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, allow yourself the amusement of the wise, who know one thing, above all things...they know that they do not really know. When they are fearful, they can laugh...not with judgment, but from joy...for they know that they really don't know enough to be afraid. There is great joy, in remembering that our essential essence is non-essence. I AM....I know not. Blessings!"
