LOVE Message -- December 28, 2012

Good, bad, light, dark, love, hate, delicious, yucky, fun, boring, girl, boy, friend, enemy, healthy, sick, new, old, life, death, everything, nothing, and on and on. All the opposites you can imagine, for yourself and your world, are all true and perfect and whole...in LOVE. LOVE is all, and you are LOVE.

LOVE is all, and you are LOVE. You are LOVE. You are That, in which all is perfect and whole and true. You are LOVE...perfect being, perfect understanding, perfect allowing. All is allowed in LOVE. All exists in LOVE. LOVE knows all as LOVE. All the opposites, you can imagine for yourself...LOVE knows as LOVE. 

Remember yourSelf as LOVE, and remember your world...your whole human experience, without exception...as LOVE. Allow all of it...all the opposites and all the similarities...as LOVE. Allow all of it as perfect and whole and true. Allow it all as LOVE. Remember your world as yourSelf, and remember yourSelf as LOVE. 

Say this, with me, "I AM LOVE, and know All as LOVE!" Perfect! Let's say it again, and really feel it, "I AM LOVE, and know All as LOVE!" One more time, "I AM LOVE, and know All as LOVE!" This is the "I AM LOVE!" Mantra. It is designed to help you remember yourSelf as LOVE, and to remember that your world is you. 

You are LOVE. LOVE is all. LOVE knows All as LOVE!

LOVE Message -- December 29, 2012

All healing is the remembering that we are already whole. We are already whole, and sometimes, we remember this. We are whole whether we are remembering or not remembering. 

Remember...All healing is simply the remembering of what is already true. We are whole. This is always true. 

Today, be kind with yourself. Be patient and understanding with yourself. You are whole, exactly as you are, and everything you seek, is already true of you. There is nothing to acquire. There is nothing to lose. There is nothing you need think, feel, say, or do to make you whole. Simply allow. That's it. 

Allow. 

It is this simple, and with a little practice, it is easy. 

Allow. 

You are already whole. The experience of healing is simply your remembering of this essential truth. Relax, and allow.

What happens in the moment, stays in the moment...

It is truly an amazing experience, observing one's own patterns of behavior...having awareness of self-limiting, fear-based thoughts that want to create safety and status quo...and allowing them to play out, while you are conscious of them. No changes to be made. Simply allowing and observing...and Viola! New ideas, new possibilities present themselves, along with the old ones. It can be easy and effortless. 

Last night, I received a phone call from a young woman, about helping her and her fiance celebrate their wedding...on Friday. None of my usual format of meetings and exercises...my version of Pre-Cana...with my couples. This would entail me, reworking these next couple of days, to make this happen. It also meant creating a whole new price scheme, in the moment...trusting that the amount would honor all parties...and sticking to it. 

We talked for a bit. I asked her some questions, let her ask me some, gave her the much reduced (but perfectly resonating) price, talked to her about some other options (including having a friend celebrate the wedding), and let her have the night to decide. She called back, today, and asked if I was still willing to create this on such short notice. I took a couple deep breaths, checked in, felt the self-limiting stuff, allowed it, and observed as "YES!" also presented itself.

All of this happened in a nano-second. A life of meditation has certain benefits, and the slowing of time is one of them. I said, "Yes! Let's do this. Gave them a much shortened, but still powerful set of exercises to prepare them for tomorrow, and worked out the details of the big event! A whole new service, created on the fly, and with very little effort. Awesome! And as you can imagine, it feels wonderful and loving and generous and...fun. Fun is always a great reason, for saying "YES!"

So, now it appears that, as long as you have the marriage license, I can create really lovely, really meaningful wedding ceremonies...with very little prep time...with you. What an empowering and exhilarating experience! And it all fits into the bigger stuff, that I am allowing! Woohoo! Pass it on! Your brother, Patrick, can create any ceremony with you, with very little time, and make it memorable, powerful, beautiful, and for a reasonable investment.

I live in world of blessings! Truly! Thanks, for being part of this world of blessings! I AM LOVE, and know You as LOVE!

The Wisdom That Lives Within -- The Voice of LOVE!

Trust The Youniverse! Trust the wisdom that lives within you. Trust the voice of LOVE, that is your own true voice. You are LOVE. It is the whole truth of you. You are this truth, and this truth...You...is the living presence in all things.

Any wisdom, you may find in another...is simply your own wisdom, being reflected back to you. All the wisdom of the saints and prophets and gurus and saviors? Your own wisdom. They only speak what is already true, in you.

They only remind. They remind of what is already true. You are LOVE. They are LOVE, knowing Itself as LOVE...LOVE speaking LOVE to LOVE! When you experience wisdom, you simply remember the truth of you.

You remember that you are LOVE. This is already true. You are LOVE knowing LOVE. There is nothing to earn or deny. Nothing more or less for you to be. You are LOVE, which knows all as LOVE, and to experience this, you only need say, "Yes!"

Say, "Yes!" This is the great mystery that your wise ones know. They have allowed themselves to remember that they are LOVE. They have allowed that great conversation...of LOVE knowing Itself as LOVE...to be their experience.

They only remember that they are LOVE, and in this remembering, they understand that all is LOVE. This is available to you. They are no better than you. No more "divine" than you. They are you, and when you hear them, you are hearing yourSelf.

Remember yourSelf as LOVE. It is this simple. Remember yourSelf as LOVE. Allow it. There is nothing to do. It is already true, You are LOVE. There is only the allowing...the remembering. Allow it to be true, and it becomes your experience.

Remember yourSelf as LOVE. Exactly as you are, as you read this, you are LOVE. There is nothing to give up, and nothing to take up. You are LOVE, and you may know yourSelf as LOVE...exactly as you are. Allow it. Remember yourSelf as LOVE.

This is it. It is this simple. The great source of wisdom. The truth that heals without healing. The truth that gives nothing, asks nothing, and is everything. This is it. You are LOVE, and the wisdom, you may find in another, is your wisdom.

Remember yourSelf as LOVE, and remember your world...your whole human experience as LOVE. You are LOVE, and as you are LOVE, so too is the world. LOVE is all, and knows all as LOVE. In this, is your freedom. In this, is the voice of wisdom. In this, is the voice of you as LOVE!

In this perfect moment, I am aware of the times, when I have chosen to be right...when I have decided that my current understanding, of an experience, is the only understanding...when I have chosen to be defensive, instead of open and allowing. 

I am aware of these moments, and I allow them to be, exactly as they are. Nothing to release or fix or atone for. I am aware of them and allow them and love them, as my creation. I love them, as they are, and I love me, as I am. Here is ease and well-being. Here is freedom and joy. Here is LOVE.

In this perfect moment, I remember that self-confidence, and delight in my world, is not vanity. Living "big and bright" takes nothing from anyone else. Indeed, LOVE knows no ration, and abundance begets abundance. In this perfect moment, I remember to consciously live from full authority...from joy and freedom...to create my world as blessing!

In this perfect moment, I remember that knowing that I don't really "know" anything...is LOVEly. Being aware that everything is possible, nothing is inevitable, and anything can happen...also LOVEly.
