Patrick Sterenchuk says, "In this perfect moment, take a deep breath, and observe (without judgment) the ways, that you have taken on others' pain or loss...and your guilt, for the times you haven't. Take another deep breath, and know this: it has never been yours, to take on, and one of the greatest things you can do, for another, is to shift your loving kindness, from feeling their pain, to knowing them as whole."
