Oh Light Of The World, all "healing" is a remembering that you are already (always) whole. How you remember is not important. It isn't even important, that you remember. It is simply remembering that you are already (always) whole. Whether you remember, or not, the truth is...you are whole and perfect. Remembering simply allows you to experience it, consciously.
So, whatever methods you use, to remember...whether they be through hospitals and doctors, counselors, shamans and priests, healers and intuitives, retail outlets, or by going within...it is all you, remembering that you are whole and perfect, as you are. All healing is self-healing, Oh Light Of The World, and that means that all remembering is self-remembering.
All healing is self-healing, and that means that all remembering is Self, remembering Self. You are LOVE In The Human Experience, Oh Light Of The World, and you may remember this, while you are living/creating this human experience. There is no outside power, keeping you from this remembering...from this healing...and no outside power can give it to you (unless you decide it is so).
Oh Light Of The World, relax and be easy with yourself. Have you ever tried to remember something while you are stressed? Is it easy to remember while you are stressed? Have you ever wanted to remember something, so much, that trying to remember, only made it harder to remember? Then again, have you ever said, "I am going to take a break, from "trying" to remember, and see what comes."?
Today, you can remember...you can heal...with very little effort. All healing is easy, when we let it. When we take a break, from "trying" to make it happen, and simply allow it to be. Remember, we are already whole, already perfect. We are simply remembering that we are whole and perfect. You can make this remembering..this healing...easier, by relaxing.
Throughout the day, make time to pause whatever you are doing, and be still. Be still, and take deep breaths. Simply focus, as best you can, on your deep breaths, If stray thoughts show up, let them be, and simply bring your focus, back to your breathing. It is that simple.
It is that simple. No special mantras or affirmations, no special poses. Just you, making time for deep breathing...breathing in through your nose, holding the breath, releasing the breath, slowly, through your mouth, and repeating for 3 to 5 minutes. That's it. That is the beginning of you, remembering that you are already (always) whole, and the more you allow, the easier it gets.
Oh Light Of The World, be easy with yourself, and be easy with others. You are all remembering, in your own ways, that you are already (always) whole and perfect. Be easy. It is much easier to remember, when you are being easy, eh?
