In this perfect moment, I am aware of my fears...of not having enough, of not being enough...and I am allowing them to be, as they are. I am allowing myself to be, as I am...as creator of these fears.
In this perfect moment, I make no effort to change these fears or correct them or get rid of them. In this perfect moment, I love them, exactly as they are. I love me, exactly as I am. Nothing missing. Nothing extra. Perfect and whole, as I am.
