In this perfect moment, I am aware of the ways that I have ignored my body, and counted the physical aspects of my human experience as less. I am aware of this, and I love this choice, as my own. I love it, and I love myself, in this choice.
In this perfect moment, I remember that I create my whole human experience...all of it...and all of it is me. I remember that I am whole, as I am. I remember that my whole human experience is perfect, as it is, and I love it all. In this perfect moment, I remember the whole of me is LOVE. and I remember my world as mySelf.
