Hey gang,
I would like to address something a little more mundane, than my usual writing, but something near and dear to me, as a writer.
When sharing a quote, on your timeline (or anywhere), please cite the author. Their words were inspiring enough, for you to share. Citing them is the easiest way to show your gratitude for their gift of inspiration. It also helps others to discover these writers, and have their own experiences with them. How wonderful is that?
Now, with that said, all wisdom is within us, and the wisdom you see in another, is simply your own wisdom, reflected back to you. I encourage you, the next time that you see a quote that inspires you, to read it (a few times), and then make time to really feel it. Let the essence of it speak to you, and pay attention to how it is answered, within you.
Let the original words be a touchstone, to the wisdom that lives within you, and listen to how this wisdom takes shape, within you. Hear it speaking with your own voice. Feel the essence of the message, the core of it, and then hear it spoken in your own voice...colored by your own way of speaking...flavored with your life experiences.
Hear it, in your own voice, and share it in your voice, if it is important for you to share. Here is a truly authentic and empowered response, that honors all. Now you are creating the opportunity for others to feel inspired, and to feel connected to their own wisdom. What a gift! What a blessing, to be in joyful service to wisdom.
Blessings! I AM LOVE, and know YOU as LOVE!
Patrick
