I am always my own sweet heart. I love me, with all of my particular thoughts and feelings. I love me, and even when I forget how much I love me...I remember later and then I love that forgetful me too. How about you? Can you allow YOU to be the true love of your life?
Can you allow YOU to be the true love of your life? Can you hear the worries of "but that's narcissism" or "that's selfishness", while also remembering that truly loving yourself means that you feel whole and at ease with yourself, and when you do...oh, when you really are aware of yourself as LOVE In The Human Experience...then you are anything but selfish or narcissistic? Can you feel that?
Can you feel how self-love...remembering yourself as perfect and whole...remembering yourself as LOVE In The Human Experience...means loving your whole self? Can you see how self-love would lead to loving...more and more...your every experience? Can you see how being the love of your life can lead to loving every aspect of your life...including other people and places and experiences?
Let today be a day of loving yourself. Let today be a day of remembering...or at least pretending...yourself as LOVE. Can you allow yourself to be perfect and whole...exactly as you are...for just this moment? For just a moment...can you love yourself, exactly as you are, and let that be enough? Can you know that as all that is, for just this moment?
Remember yourSelf as LOVE, and remember your world as yourSelf. You are LOVE. LOVE is all. LOVE knows all as LOVE. Blessings!
