In this perfect moment, I am aware of my self-doubts and disappointments...really feeling them...allowing them to be, exactly as they are...allowing me to be, exactly as I am...doing nothing to change them or fix them...simply allowing them and loving them, as my own creation...allowing and loving me, as my own creation.
In this allowing and loving, my self-doubts and disappointments become old friends and servants, who have served me as I have asked them to. They have been the protectors, I created and charged with my defense. They are not my enemies. They are not stumbling blocks on the way to a better me. They have been my loyal and dutiful servants...important in the story of me.
How wonderful, to see our enemies as our friends. How freeing, to simply be as we are...with all the bits we love and don't love, allowed and loved, exactly as they are. This is healing without healing...without fixing or correcting anything. This is healing by allowing and loving what is...remembering what is as perfect and whole. How lovely!
