In this perfect moment, I AM making time, to breathe and be...here and now. I AM breathing and being...breathing and being...breathing and being...and allowing all to be as it is. When I make time, to breathe and be, I am living here, and I am living now. Here and now is ease and well-being. Here and now is joy and freedom. Here and now is the palpable presence of LOVE.
In this perfect moment, I AM breathing and being, and my world is whole and perfect, as it is. I AM breathing and being, and I AM whole and perfect, as I AM. I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE.
