In this perfect moment, I AM aware of the subtle little judgments and worries...of self and of others...and I AM allowing them, loving them, as my own. No need to change them or get rid of them. I AM simply acknowledging them, allowing them, and loving them...as they are...as I AM.
I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE.
