In this perfect moment, I AM aware of my self-limiting thoughts, and I AM observing them, without judgment. I AM simply letting them play, observing them, knowing and loving them, as my creation. I AM breathing and breathing and breathing and allowing. I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!
