In this perfect moment, I AM a simply paying attention, with no judgment, to my thoughts and feelings and words and actions. Nothing to fix. Nothing to take away or add. I AM simply observing them, and allowing them. I AM loving them, as they are, and loving me, as I AM. I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE.
