In this perfect moment, I AM aware of my likes and dislikes, and I AM aware that I AM creating them. No need to change them. No need to get rid of them, or add more. No judgment. In this perfect moment, I AM simply aware of them, and allowing them to be as they are. I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!
