In this perfect moment, there is nothing that you need do. It can sure feel like it...life can seem like a series of obligations and responsibilities, tasks to complete, and goals to be met. We can get caught up in the "work" of our human experience, forgetting that it's all really play...a spectacular kind of make-believe. Right now, can you let yourself relax? No excuses, no guilt, no judgment? Can you allow life to be easy?
