In this perfect moment, I am remembering that I do not have to fill this moment...or any moment. It is already full, as it is. I do not have to make this moment meaningful, in any way. It is already meaningful, as it is. I do not have to justify this moment, or compare it to any other moment (or another version of this moment). I can allow it to be, as it is, and celebrate it, as it is.
