In this perfect moment, I am making time, to be aware of my background chatter...all of the little commentaries, opinions, judgments, doubts, delights, worries, wonders, rumors, joys...and I am simply observing them, letting them be.
No need to quiet the chatter, or try to stop it. I simply listen and observe...and allow. I allow it, and love it, as it is...as my creation. In this, is ease and well-being.
