In this perfect moment, I am keenly aware of my fears and doubts...I notice them, as they manifest in my thoughts and feelings and in my body and in my world. I am aware of them, and I allow them to carry on. I do not stop them, fix them, change them. I let them be, and I pay attention to the wisdom within them.
In this perfect moment, I remember that my fears and doubts are LOVE. I remember that LOVE is perfect being and perfect understanding. I remember that there is no "getting it right" and no "getting it wrong"...unless I believe it so. In this perfect moment, I allow my fears and doubts, as I allow my joy and trust.
