In this perfect moment, I AM aware that any change, I experience, is my creation, and I AM simply allowing my creation to be. No need to know why I AM experiencing change. No need to know what follows. In this perfect moment, I AM breathing and being...breathing and being...feeling this Autumnal breeze, watching the leaves (falling from the trees), and letting change be ease.
