In this perfect moment, I AM aware of my "oughtas" and my "shoulds"...the background chatter, of fears and worries and obligations...my guards, arguing over how best to keep me alive, how to make me more productive, how to make me more likable to more people, how to get me more money, how to make me famous, how to help me avoid future mistakes, and on and on.
I AM aware, of all of this...AND I allow it all. No changing it. No shutting it down, or trying to stop it. I allow it, and call it my own. I AM the creator of my whole human experience, without exception, and in this perfect moment, I AM loving it all, without exception. I AM remembering mySelf as whole, and remembering my world as mySelf. Here is peace. Here is ease. Here is home. Here I AM, and I AM LOVE!
