In this perfect moment, I AM allowing my thoughts to play...good thoughts, bad thoughts, hopes, fears, loving thoughts, hateful thoughts, thoughts of my next meal, thoughts of my already being full, thoughts of life and of death...whatever wants to play...and I simply observe them, in their play. They are my children, and I love to watch them play. I AM LOVE, and know all things as LOVE!
