In this perfect moment, I AM aware of my human experience as easy, when I allow it to be. I remember that ease is my most natural human experience...ease and freedom and joy...and I AM, in this perfect moment, simply breathing and letting me be as I am. Nothing to change. Nothing to do, to make life easy. I breathe...and breathe...and breathe...and breathe...and in this deep breathing, I AM here, I AM now. Here is ease. Now is ease. Blessings!
