In this perfect moment, I AM breathing deep breaths...simply breathing, deeply...and letting each breath be a "Yes!". I breathe my "Yes!" to my world...and pause, to listen to that "Yes!" return...and then I breathe in the echo, the mirror of my "Yes!"...and hold that "Yes!" within me...I charge that "Yes!"...and breathe it to my world.
