In this perfect moment, I AM aware that my whole world is my creation. It can only show me what I have shown it...always. I am the author, the creator, of my whole human experience, and when I remember this, I free mySelf to, more consciously, create from joy.
When my word is showing me something other than joy, I can choose to react, AND I can choose to breathe and observe (with no judgment) my feelings and my thoughts. No need to fix them or release them. No need to think "positive" thoughts or try to feel "positive" feelings.
I simply breathe and observe, allowing awareness, and in this awareness, I allow for ease. When I experience ease, it is much easier to remember myself as LOVE, and to remember my world as mySelf. I AM LOVE, and know all as LOVE!
