In this perfect moment, I AM aware that my whole human experience can be reminder of my essential essence...mySelf as LOVE. When I allow everything to remind me, there is no need for struggle, for "this OR that" or "this vs. that". In this perfect moment, I remember that I can know my Self as "this AND that". Here is my ease and joy and freedom.
